Logging queries, tracking and feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Made it easy for our clients to log their queries and made it easy for us to track those queries and give feedback timeous to our client, even more helpful with tracking those queries because they can tag the person they need feedback from.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted to use monday.com for logging collections with our courier but it was hard to log and keep track of those collections we sent to the courier on Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create project timelines, Monday.com makes it easy for us to keep track of each Project, we able to keep to our deadlines, we able to track progress and makes life easy for our clients to communicate with us.
Game changed tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is indispensable for any business. It empowers you to effectively track projects, create streamlined workflows, and much more. It's a game changer, delivering all the essential resources you need in one convenient platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires additional automations, specifically the ability to select over 500 rules, to enhance its functionality and effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide real-time data on dashboards, enabling tracking and management of work orders and sales.
Great overall operations and project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Its very versatile, there exist multiple ways to combine the diferent features of the software so you could guarantee that the overall operation of the system its compatible with your business operations. Its very intuitive to adjust and create different ways to see and manage the information in the boards.
The native integrations perhaps their limitantions, it help to expand the usability of the software with other systems.
In general i use monday everyday and work with implementation to another clients that are using monday and this experience have demonstrate me that there exist so much ways to work and operate with monday.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support for some bugs more related with new features are not much accertive at it should be, their recomendations to solve the problem, like for example redo all the adjustment of the automations, colums or workflow doenst help to understand the problem and avoid to invest more effort to make something work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reducing time with the overall operations and project management, also reduce the effort and investment to use multiple systems at the same time that usually cause to information to be missing or incomplete.
It is a good platform for multiple uses and departments
What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is that it helps to make visible and organize processes with the teams. Automations are very useful for simple tasks and allow you to create processes that help the operation of the organization. It is a flexible platform in general and allows for many integrations. Dashboards can be shared with different people and teams and there are various forms of visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboards can still improve, and there are several integrations with other apps or companies that are very basic and you cannot take advantage of all the potential they would have. Also, I think the price is too high when the organization grows, it should be more gradual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly helps us with project management and work flow, integrating different areas and visualizing progress.
A platform that truly works just the way you want for your business!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is completely able to be customized to meet your individual needs. I love how easy it is to tailor the boards to fit my business. It is also easy for the team to access and collaborate together, and everyone can be updated at the same time. The help function is great, and the setup is very user friendly. We use Monday to track everything in our business, from client info, sales pipeline, projects, revenues and even inventory counts! It is wonderful to be able to have one product that does everything for us. I cannot recommend this enough for small businesses!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to play around with a board until I get it just the way I want it to be, and that can take a bit of time. I am a bit of a perfectionist though, so that is really on me and not the platform.

Monday.com "Work Forms" lacking in conditional logic functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the team at Monday seems to be constantly working to improve and expand its capability. I also like that it has a robust group of Third-Party apps available directly within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
But its WorkForms capabilities are sufficiently lacking at this time that I'm unable to use their forms except with the most basic of surveys and requests. I understand that Monday is workflow tool first and foremost, and that they're not trying to directly compete with the likes of Jotform, but without more conditional logic functionality and without being easier to use I'm severely limited in the ways I can put their forms to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving internal "customers" to a central and shared location for work tracking and communication.
Colorful and Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the color scheme on monday.com - while that may seem silly, I genuinely fee like it allows me to stay more organized visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how the views are sometimes difficult to see.

It allows us to keep all of our contacts in one space so they are easier to find and reference.

can be costly for smaller businesses, due to changes to OS there may be need to add additional products to get the features that you need

Monday.com - Huge ROI for Our Start-up
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has the lowest barrier-to-entry for casual users, while also being the most rewarding for power users. The UI is extremely intuitive, and we have seen truly great results.
I will sound like a shill for this company, but genuinely it unlocked collaboration in our business in a way that Microsoft Teams and Asana hadn't. We were extremely nervous about dropping the money to purchase Monday but our account exec helped us get a deal we were comfortable with, and our CFO has said he sees the ROI at work (even though he's one of the 2 execs I'm hounding to get into Monday.com - he sees others using it).

What do you dislike about the product?
I love most of Monday.com - the critiques I do have is that it can be difficult to find content if you don't have controls in place to control sprawl. Monday has made the wise decision to collapse Monday Projects back into Monday Work Management which should help.
Also, I was there was a way to do an ultra-tight board - meaning very, very narrow rows and columns to get as much data on the screen as possible. I despise SmartSheets but I *do* like that SmartSheets looks like Excel when I'm working on Excel-like stuff. I wish that mode existed.
