What do you like best about the product?
As a single-person team, it helps me manage all the tasks for my clients

The options are so endless that I can't sift through them all to find what may work best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I searched for a long time for a way to organize all the tasks for each of my clients. I have found that monday.com is the best option for an affordable price.

- The different possibilities to adapt and adjust the projects depending on the differents requirements alowwing to ingrate many features.

So far I didn't meet any downside yet using Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool because it has a very intuitive interface to use and for task management both to add relevant information and to signal time for each task

As a company employee, I see that sometimes Monday fails when we add new features to it, as the response time is very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
projects and teams are managed on a single platform, centralization of communications, files and project updates without having to switch between different tools and task assignments, reminders and deadline management keep teams organized and accountable.
Organization and Calibration at its Best
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is structured to allow you to communicate with your team members in the most advantageous ways possible. Our ability to store and organize project content on the site while reviewing and cross-comparing data replaced our need for other platforms. Its multitude of applications and tools continue to impress, with upgrades rolling out regularly. Its customer support team makes a concerted effort to listen to its users' needs and apply solid improvements that streamline usability.
Monday.com is a mainstay for our team now due to its applications and project management tools. I frequently use it each day to manage and implement new and ongoing projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that Monday.com may sometimes have too many tools, which spreads out the material so far that I sometimes lose track of how to access or locate something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday,com is provided the tools I require to manage project timelines, track applicable project content, communicate and collaborate on that project and report out as needed.
Gamechanging Task Management

Intuitive design and email notifications

Reducing team emails, saving time, improving efficiency
User-friends and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly. I like that it can be customized to meet the needs of each team in our organization as our work varies. I use it for grants management so use some of my boards in a non-traditional project management way and appreciate that I can do that as well as use it in a more traditional way. I love that you can customize the colors and set up functions to move a project once you have completed it. For example, I have it set to move to my completed projects when "Done" is selcted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative for me is that I can't send a link of a board for someone without a Monday.com account to view. However, you can downloads the boards and share them with others outside the platform which is very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives one place where we are able to keep all grant information such as all active grants, upcoming report dates, previoulsy submitted reports, and pending and upcoming proposals. It's all in one place so all members of the team can see where we are on each project we're working on and what is in the pipeline.
Monday is a modern, convenient way to handle tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday serves as the best place to communicate with my co-workers. Between emails and chat services like Slack or Zoom, it is best to have a centralized platform like Monday to convey the most important updates and communications between colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I certainly do not have a mastery of monday.com. For me it serves several purposes, but I realize I could be using it to accomplish more of my goals or be more productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a one-stop shop for communication between colleagues. That makes it conveneint and avoids duplicate emails or instant messages.
Monday.com is a great platform to manage and track cross-team projects
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday.com is how easy it is to filter board activities to only the ones I am a part of or have tasks for. Often times there are an overwhelming number of visible projects and tasks, but filtering allows me to focus on what I need to work on. I also am happy with the sorting functionality so I can prioritize those tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about monday.com is how little information about the project is included in the alert emails monday.com sends me. I wish it included things like the deadline for the task that I am getting alerts for besides just the latest comment or assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the complex flow of project requests, tasks and changes. I often go back through the project tasks months later to identify when a certain feature went live or was implemented on the website.
Organised & Automated Like Never Before
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a modern system capable of keeping track of all the data within our First Aid Training buisness, and Monday.com was it. Before everything was kept in a traditional way over google, excel / word documents and within our website, now everything is combined, automated and user friendly. We couldn't function without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit of effort to set up. It's easy to set-up though, just time consuming, as you would expect when changing systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting data from multiple systems. Lots of little time consuming tasts are now automated. User friendly way of having data that is editable amoung employees.
Monday: Intuitive, flexible, and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is that it is a daily-use tool, very flexible, allowing the creation of various solutions to a company's needs. In addition to contributing greatly to communication, it is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That many times when a board uses a large number of automations, it becomes very heavy and slow, just like when a form is created with several conditionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems I encounter in Monday are the ones mentioned earlier; sometimes it becomes slow when automations or forms with conditionals are being set up.
