Best project management platform we've used so far

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, flexibility and the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major criticisms. I find the free text fields in columns a bit annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to visually represent all our projects allowing key stakeholders to easily key info like project progress, key deliverables etc

Helpful and easy to organize

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been very beneficial for our company. It's easy to use and organize, and hasd been instrumental in tracking our customer database. My team uses Monday frequently in order to look up past orders and to track sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to get other teams on board with using a mobile platform, but once they do they love it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often run into problems that cause us to look up past orders, and Monday provides the perfect tracking system for this.

What do you like best about the product?
- excellent for setting actions
- efficient way to track and assign actions
- user friendly
- great to set timescales and share actions amongst groups of users
- colour and action tabs to support impact and action planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it really is that good to use and implement across the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant capture of; actions, timescales, cokmunication with colleagues, sharing practice, tracking of impact against KPIs, saves a huge amount of time looking and reading minutes of meetings and agenda writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations, boards, tickets. It's easy to use for everyone and the user experience is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
All automations are not available for sub items. Furthermore, I wish I could personalize automations more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday, we do not need to send plenty of emails. Monday save us time and effort. It's very convenient for processes and helping us to create our content (landing pages, emails, videos etc).

Analyze, control and time saving

What do you like best about the product?
On monday.com I can control everything that is going on with my team and actually, with my whole company. I can analyze everything that is going on: the status on every project, what every team member is working on, as well as every result, every number, and I can even create dashboards to show the board members our results at the end of the month. Monday.com was very easy to implement here, even after some reluctancy at first, and everyone loves it and uses it everyday. We don´t need anything else now, such as Excel. We had some minor issues with a few integrations at times, but the custumer support was very helpful, and solved everything we needed immediatly. I´m sure we will be using monday.com for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. There are somethings that I would like to see, such as different columms in different groups, on the same board, dupplicating a columm with the values on it, moving on columm to different boards. Tiny things, nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing we were able to solve with monday.com was being able the have everything registered, and not loose any data, wich was a big problem in our company.
We now have control and can track everything that is going on, and see easily what every one is working on.
Also, now is a lot easier to get the data that we need, all the numbers we the to present to the company board, and all the numbers we need to analyze how well each division is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and easy to customize. The help areas/community areas are very helpfull and I have learned a lot on how to make my instance work best for me and my needs. I use this for every project I manage no matter the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I would like to see but I am dependant on my companies permissions to use them. Any additional features I would like appear to be on the list for Monday.com to incorporate in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so easy to create project dashboards to provide high level status updates and roadmaps to my senior leadership team on the projects that I am managing. I also use it for work tracking and keeping ideas/events organized for my small business (I have a free account for that but use Enterprise for my primary job)

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing for our team in keeping our day-to-day projects and deliverables streamlined, but has also become an archive for storing our big ideas, internal and external resources, and first and foremost has added recognition and visibility for our in-house and freelance teams, showcasing their workload and ability to meet deadlines to management in a visual way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that we use Monday to the best of the tool's ability, we have a template that we stick with and dont explore other ways of visualizing data or using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first launched it to help give visibility into the workload of our creative and merchandising teams. Since then many teams have adopted the tool for project management and document archiving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put everything in one place. I don't have to store emails for years and try searching through them when I need something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any real downsides, but there are at least 2 features that would make things easier. It would be nice to have the option for a subitem on a subitem, so at least 3 tiers on items. It would also be nice if when I duplicated something, the duplicated items remained check marked so I could instantly group move them - or if there were a way to more quickly duplicate numerous subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking - Monday.com has consolidated and streamlined our monitoring of all our contractors (current and past). We can easily retain information about the contractor for future contracts.
Organization - The entire management staff has access to the hiring and onboarding process so we can see where our resources are at any time. We can collaborate easily and quickly access any information we need regarding the contractor.
Storage/Retention of Information - Monday.com has provided a centralized place to store important information about our clients/campaigns.
