What do you like best about the product?
As a PM, I like the fact that Monday.com can be used in Waterfall and Agile approches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, forms created within the tool cannot be accessed by folks without an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of sprint tasks and issues

What I like the best is the interface and how easy it is to implement it. The support team is super helpful and gives useful advice. The apps are a nice addition and can help you to integrate your data into your project management correctly.

Some apps must be integrated into the features of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use the tool to plan tasks and monitor their status. In addition, the tasks can be distributed and processed by the team members. You have your templates over time, so you don't have to start from scratch every time and save time. I use Monday every day to organise and process my work.
Excel tables can be easily integrated.
Setting up the automations takes some time at the beginning, but makes work easier and increases efficiency later on.

I would like to be able to create different columns for individual groups or sub-elements of groups in a board.

Growing competitor in task management apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is so community based. With the app marketplace, and exposed API access, there is a lot of custom work that can be done to your monday.com account. Very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the flexibility, it lacks hard structure to me. It can be daunting to start using a tool like monday.com because there are so many possibilities. It's like playing in a sandbox, you really need to know what you want to build or you won't know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving the issue where my team works in all different platforms. With tools on the marketplace and other automations, I am able to create a hub in monday.com for my whole team to work out of.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using monday since 2021 and it really easy to use and build management templates for every deliverable that you need to reach. You just you the connection boards tools and put them on the panels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it need to have more connection between the low level activities (subitems) and high level (items). And to has summary groups on the boards that can easy check the projects.

Monday.com is helping to have all the projects in one place and easy showing the critical points that we need to work.

Simple and Effective Project Management For My Studio
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature, and my favorite feature, is my week portion of the platform. Being able to see all the work I need to do for all my different clients from across all different boards is very very useful for planning my week and planning my day.
In addition to the my week feature, I love the ease of use for custom automations to improve my project management. Having my projects always at the correct status due to the automations means I don't waste time figuring out what I've done, and what I need to do. It keeps my on task all day.
Finally, the customer support has always been top notch. I've had to make many adjustments to my plan over the years and the support team has always helped me get the plan and features I need in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about monday.com is the dashboard feature. It doesn't seem to work that well for me, feels clunky, and unpolished. I understand that it might be due to my lack of data, but I just can't figure out how to get any use out of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is taking what would have previously been hundreds of Google Calendar tasks/notes and organizing those tasks into easy-to-understand "cards" that can be assigned to team members easily and integrated with our current technology stack. Overall, its created a far more organized business for me and my colleagues.
Easy to use and very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Instant snapshot and summary of tasks to be completed. It is also very effective to track the various strages of each task.

Nothing comes to mind. I find Monday board satisfactory for what it is

Establishing which stage a project is at without the requirement to read through notes
Powerful PM Tool for a Small but Mighty Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside of Monday is the ability to keep an entire team of people who are focused on different elements of a particular project aligned on the shared goal and status. Our team covers everything from reporting analysts to technical experts to client leads to project managers so having all of our updates and information in one place in crucial (especially when you multiple all of this out across multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Monday is that there are a lot of features that are gated based on your subscription plan. If you are hoping to unlock the full potential of the automations and integrations, you may need to opt for an upgraded plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is primarily solving communication issues for our team. I appreciate how I, as a project manager, can see all of the status across my team as I am preparing to share key performance updates with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use - with a bit of training no one else has to "build" anything for you. It's also very easy to add to boards or change them as processes change. We use it every day - it's always open on my screen. It's really grown into such a great tool for your business. We use it for tracking services from start to finish and have also started using it to track progress on our 3-year strategic plan. They have added some amazing features over the years we've been using Monday.com. If you do have any issues, their customer service will get right back with you quickly and stay in conversation with you until you have the problem figured out or fixed.

The automations are occassionally glitchy. Really, that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Monday.com, there were a lot of holes in our processes. Not only has Monday.com helped make sure all steps are taken, but it's also helped us see where we need to strengthen those processes.
Best Real-time team task manager
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday platform helped our group grow in an orderly manner, monitoring the evolution of tasks and cashflow on a daily basis. With this, we were able to measure the time needed for important actions and how much this required of the team and, consequently, what the added value of this action was.
What do you dislike about the product?
We learned a lot organically and naturally - working daily on the platform and using the "hit and miss" metric. However, when we needed specific technical support for something more complicated in automation, we felt that, at a certain point, we knew as much as the support offered. Since then, we have studied the platform to recognize errors and find solutions internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us a lot with real-time monitoring of actions and future needs, in the medium and long term, for active projects. With this, we are able to have the company’s financial predictability.
