Monday is easy to navigate and organize social media content ideas, post copy and graphics.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Kanban organization tab to manage social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a downside in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media content creation, production and scheduling. We work in multiple offices, so the streamlined communication and organization of posts is essential.
An enablement manager's swiss army knife
What do you like best about the product?
The UI. Obviously, there are many project management tools out there. What sets Monday apart is its attractive UI, automations, and quick learning curve for new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I'm not involved in purchasing decisions, I understand that Monday is *very* expensive. I wish it was more affordable as that would allow us to scale it more easily. I fear that if we're asked to cut tools at some point, Monday might be the first to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything, Monday.com is simply saving us time as a team (and extended teams). Once we realize that we're able to keep multiple aspects of a project either in one board or one folder of boards, our entire team knows exactly where to find what they're looking for. No more bouncing between emails, Slacks, Monday, Sharepoint, and many other tools to find what can easily be built (or linked to) in Monday.
My Monday board has become an everyday necessity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automates my tasks into what needs attention every day. I appreciate that it oranizes my projects in a specific way that allows me to keep track of progress throughmulitple avenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were certain things we can manipulate like columns for specific projects or utilizing the last updates column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of losing assets to projects. It keeps all in one place and allows for reminders t help me keep track of what needs attention.
Helpful tool to stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization capabilities are great and the ease of linking between boards makes our lives significantly easier. They frequently set meetings to go through new features, how to optimize, etc. to ensure the customer knows how to use the platform to the best of it's ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the linking is a great feature, it takes some work to get through the process. It can also be a bit clunky when working with a large number of groups and items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we use it for event and product management to keep track of deliverables and ensure we're completing every task necessary for a project. In addition, we use Monday for time tracking companywide.

We have had issues with contacting our account manager when we have had tecnical problems. Often sending many emails with no reply.

creating a streamline process from start to finish
User friendly and great organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to manouver between tasks and creating work flow or tracking boards are simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any negativity about the site yet.

Keeps all projects in order with updated clearly noted, instant notofications of changes by team members, always up to date. Saves time and money with the clear display of all tasks and projects.

The best workflow management platform around!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic platform for optimising any workflow. I've used it for about 5-6 years now and it has saved so much time and taken care of a lot of the manual admin processes. The automation are really flexible, and the ability to capture new requests via their forms, or directly by forwarding an email is such a timesaver. I'd highly recommend this to anyone managing a team or a large volume of work that needs processing. Their customer support is always really good and they don't take long to reply. Everyone I've met and worked with from Monday.com has been really helpful and great at what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's usually a way to achieve anything in Monday.com, but it's not always in the most logical way. I've had to implement a number of hacks in order to make it work in a way that suits our workflow. There are a lot of excellent integrations but sometimes it feels like you have to pay for a plugin to achieve something that *should* be fairly straightforward to implement.

Promoting collaboration across teams and slowly transitioning work requests from our inboxes and into one place.
