One of the best platforms that i've been working on
What do you like best about the product?
Basically Monday is kinda cover your needs with its useful functions, tools and automations. From basic needs like table database related, listing, categorizing, etc. to deeper specific needs like automatically sending emails or copy items and move it to certain places, lots of combinations you can use.
You can even intergrate lots of other platforms to create more and more combinations, like facebook, zendesk, github, linked, slack, zoom, dropbox, etc.
I use Monday everyday, can't imagine if at certain point in time i'd stop using it, will affect my work quite a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's laggy and take some time to load if your database is huge, i'd say 1000 is a drop line.
And it'll require you to dive into and take some time to learn how to use it in full if you want to be an expert of Monday, since it has too many functions and combinations to exploit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most usefulness of Monday is database. I can create and manage my own database with different use of fucntions based on my own needs and purposes.
Fantastic UI, Perfectly Organized
What do you like best about the product?
It's not only aesthetically pleasing, but it keeps myself and our team more organized than any previous platforms. It's easy to use and navigate even for those resistent to digital task tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the issue of project updates. It keeps all of our entire team's updates in one place. A lot of times, this helps us solve an issue without even having to talk about it live.
My Productivity is Transformed with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
It has really helped me get more organized and measure my productivity so I can better predict my workload moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to get started in Monday, but after reviewing many of their prebuilt templates, I figured out how to set up my boards. It was worth the investment of getting used to using an online tool (versus notes and paper lists). I have now moved away from that completely and am totally online with my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a calendar of events, and having a place to communicate about them.
The Best Standard For Boosting Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
The interface feels very comfortable and easy to use. The learning curve is straightforward and everything falls into place. Although the software may be simple to use, its ability to keep our team on the same page is unbeatable.
The fact that it can be accessed via any platform is a huge bonus (app or web interface). Downtime is practically non-existent.
I really don't think we would achieve half of what we can do without Monday.com.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com basically acts to us as a central hub. Our team maintains websites so it's vital that we have a central hub to log processes and have up-to-date information on the progress of all active tasks.
Easy to learn, easy to deploy.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely fleixible, meeting many use cases. It's a structured, easy to use and fast-to-deploy solution that provides real productivity gains across the business. The account management team are very helpful and the support/feature documentation is very comprehensive and.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the feature set doesn't quite work as you'd expect but you're able to often work around a constraint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of deployment and felibility for developeing use cases are of paramount importance. Time savings abound - and not just for end users: rapid board prototyping and deployment is very easy, fast and efficient.
Monday has transformed our day to day business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed us to create boards with automation that has helped us be accountable from the sales process all the way through production, billing, and after project completion service. Less items are slipping through the cracks and our team is operating more efficiently because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are few. I find it a little annoying that it sends you notices on a line before I finish filling it out. I would like it to wait on the notifications until I have finished the entry I am submitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less items are slipping through the cracks now. We use this as our CRM, as projects are won we move them to active projects and follow the projects through completion. Along the way, when milestones are reached, Monday triggers the next steps (like billing or reaching out for the next phase of a project). All of these features allow us to operate more smoothly, show us who is responsible for what action, and add accountability.
Great platform for businesses or personal use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and how everything is color-coordinated. There are many automations that you can use, and they're very helpful for organizing my team. We have over 50 people, and this is a beautiful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything I am unsatisfied with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create a lot of content, and having a project management software system is very helpful.

Perfect resource for my entire team
What do you like best about the product?
We use this platform accross multiple properties as a CRM for the sales force. Monday.com has completely streamlined our entire process and made accoutability a positive. We enjoy the online access and a user friendly interface. Our team enjoys the live reporting and the ease of the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better. With the only PDF being generated from the Dashboard, it is not so easy to drill down on specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comminucation, deadlines, budgeting, top-line revenue and reporting. Our team is able to keep all their activities organized and trackable.
Great way to communicate messages one time for the whole team so they can read at their own time.
What do you like best about the product?
We can access the information quickly! Customized columns to fit our unique needs. The space to write comments without size limits is amazing! These days we all have so many meetings, the comments section allows us to give detailed information so everyone receives the same information when they have the time to read. Also, using @.... so someone gets notified there is a comment important for them to read!
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving information between boards asks too many questions. Seems like that could happen easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of referrals and where they are in the admission list. Using the comment section helps us communicate to our team important information and be able to give the referral source real time updates where their person is on the list and let them know if there are any barriers. Keeping track of contacts and being able to link them to their referred person is a game changer!
