Awesome tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday for everything, we rely on it to keep track of our everyday work flow and patient care follow up. Being able to use this to track our follow ups has truly made a difference in our days. This is such an easy tool to learn so it has been easy to implement to our new team members and we use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no dislikes about Monday. It has been awesome for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of all office supplies, event planning, wokrflow management and taks management for our team.
An organized space for a chaotic mind
What do you like best about the product?
I think Monday.com is one of the most comprehensive organization and databasing tools I've ever used. I've worked for two nonprofits so far, and one of the reasons the second one has been the better experience is just how organized everything is due to Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve depending on the use of the boards might be difficult but the pro is that if you do spend time on it, it becomes like second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think just keeping track of all the moving parts of an international nonprofit, having one workspace allows us to check in on each other and collaborate easily!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday is the flexibility to change the way projects and task lists can be moved from spreadsheet, to kanban, to graphs...its such a flexible tool for my small business. It's an important part of our everyday work flow and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me isn't a diss to Monday.com at all. its that my brain likes paper, so I have to start on paper and move it to Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to manage tasks and projects for the spa. Specifically, we have room cleaning checklists, weekly tasks, downtime task lists, and more for my team. I also use it to plan events, and manage my neverending task list.
Life-changing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has totally steam lined our business and transformed our processes. It's really user friendly, like Facebook for work!
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have no issues at present! We are 4 years in with no qualms.

Time management and instant updates regarding our project statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating project plans/boards and using the tool's help to convert the data in Gantt and other forms of data viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited features when it comes to note taking. Also the mobile application does not allow to edit notes or create new on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating project plans on monday.com and translating the data into various views such as Gantt, Kanban with ease is one of the greatest advantages of using this platform.
Incredibly Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and project management has really helped me, and my team be more efficient - saving us time and money! (And does it without breaking the bank for us either). It's very user friendly, and has a lot of videos and instructions to help teach you how to use it. We use it on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it integrated more with some of the software we use on a regular basis (our CRM program, for example - Monday's CRM features just don't have the capabilities we need).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to organize our clientele in more than just "this or that" fashion, while seemlessly integrating adn transferring their informaiton from our board to the next throughout our workflow/client journey process.
Organizing a company wide
What do you like best about the product?
My company has many offices all over the states. We work with officees from Missouri to Flordia. working on projects with people that are that far apat can be dificult. Monday.com makes everything very organized and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about Moday.com is when people do not use it as they are uppose to. Which is not the fault of your program.

An Excellent Project Management Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a huge asset to have. It makes organization very simple and easy. It also easy to implement and integrate into your everday operations. We use it on a daily basis and their customer support is alwasy accessible and repsonsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com could incorporate more advanced features in their spreadsheet and survey capabilities, but overall it is a very advanced product with many helpful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have any problems with Monday.com.
