Good organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can cuztomize by the needs

More customization bc yes you can cutomize but only to a certain extent

Monday.com is a great tool for team collaboration, updates, task lists and meetings.

It is user friendly and the tutorials are great!

At times, it doesn't sync well with Googlr Drive.

Team communication & collaboration. Getting immediate updates when tasks are completed.
Good product for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible, you can set up projects, tasks & timeline as you wish

Lots of features are locked behind upgrades, which can be too expensive for small teams.

Monday.com allow us to easily track progress for our different project & users.
Easy to navigate, simple and clean
What do you like best about the product?
The best attribute is the ability to search anything in the search bar and Monday will search all related areas to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least linkabe thing about monday is trying to return to previous pages. I usually just close moday and re-open to get me back to my default screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moday has consolidated a few different mediums for us to communicate. Instead of having to email individual people and keep an email chain, I am able to tag all relative parties uner one project and anyone can access the information.
We LOVE Monday.com!!

We pretty much use Monday.com for a lot of our business processes!
The program helps us to track our various projects, their respective progress, the individuals assigned to handle which tasks, and when to complete them by, ... and the list goes on and one.
The one feature we find very useful is the integration with email (in our case Outlook)!

I am not quite sure if there is anything we don't like... we haven't found anything yet...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our many projects, assigning individuals to handle specific tasks, reminding us of the many deadlines we have, and especially emailing us when needed
Monday.com is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Individually, Monday.com is a phenominal task management system. The platform is extremely user friendly and even gives users the opportunity to dive further in depth into the platform. Our company has implemented Monday.com into almost all of our departments, which has provided such ease when working with other departments. The platform was easy to integrate with proper training. We now have every department using Monday.com on a daily basis. While I have not had the need to speak to customer support, I know that my boss raves about how wonderful they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has bugs, and some of the ones on Monday.com can cause minor inconveniences (and when I say minor, I mean really, really small). Some of the notifications can dulplicate, two duplicate tasks appearing on a board, etc. Many of these we have come to find are user errors, but for the ones that are not, Monday.com is fast in getting these problems resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday.com has solved is task management. Prior to introducing Monday.com, our team was not leveraging any software to help with day-to-day tasks. Monday.com has been a massive help in keeping our team organized and on track.

Highly customizable and the automations streamline so many processes within my department.

Mirror columns do not support automations.

Every Successful Team Starts With Monday.Com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our team stay organized with communication, announcements, and to do lists. It is extremely helpful to have a one stop shop where everyone can log in and communicate together, and keep track of things all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truthfully have not found anythign I do not like about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have people spread across the country, and it is pretty tough to communicate with a thread of a thousand emails daily. Monday.com makes it so easy to log in, and look at the tasks that need done. You can comment on indidivual tasks, and you can see where others are with their work.
High-quality Product for Businesses Small to Large
What do you like best about the product?
The organization. Multiple departments. Multiple baords. It all makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a task can be difficult if you don't remember where you created it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a communication block within our departments. We have a project manager that exclusively manages the boards and updates the teams on what is high priority and then manages our expectations of the development team accordingly.

- Email notifications are not HTML-ready Formatting is missing making the email notifications boring and less professional.
- Monday is great for storing data but I find the lack of integration with solutions like PowerBI hard to implement.
