Helps us organize and maintain efficiency with the landscaping side of our company

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our nursery with efficiency in contacting and organizing new clients, while also allowing us to keep a constant flow of contact during the design, consult and installation phases. These are essential to keep and maintain, as we are expanding and growing. Plus the designers and coordinators have everything they need once we access the information established for our clients.
We recently implemented Monday and it has completely changed the way our company is managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we didn't implement using Monday years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to organize with efficiency the numerous design clients we have. It allows me, as a designer to keep the landscape coordinator informed of the progress and stages of each project we are working on, while also giving me a clear and concise overview of the multiple clients that I an working and the different stages their projects are in.

Good Data in a Snap

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our onboarding team organize ourselves and process customers in a much neater and organized way. The dashboards are extremely helpful in providing quick snapshots of our customers without having to dig through countless support tickets or notes to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that I've necessarily found a downside. I would always like things to be a bit cheaper, but as someone who works in the tech sphere, I understand why things cost the way they do. So, I'm not upset about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create phases of onboarding, enter customers into the process and then progress them through each phase.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used Assana, Trello, Jira, monday offers all the functiobality an SME business needs whilst also being an absolute pleasure to use. We love using its forms for our clients to upload their briefs, then apply automation to unsure if connects with our teams workflow, keeping us on top of and responsive to client demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that easy to keep track of the tasks assigned to me personally across multiple boards. Theres additional agency specific functionality that would help keep on top of workloads and manage human resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has us onboard clients with workflow templates. We also plan to build all of our company SOPs and documentation into it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great because it's easy to use. Starting a new project with several groups of tasks is easy, it's our go-to platform at work for keeping various pieces of a single project in one place, and for documenting all of our correspondence with clients. It has become the central hub for all of our projects, but we only utilize it for basic project management. I feel like there are lots of features and use cases that exist that are not readily adopted by the entire agency. Like, for the sake of making everything simple for everyone, only the most basic features are ever used, standard boards. Some of the Dashboards look interesting though.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent email notifications for every thread update I'm mentioned in can be a bit annoying, maybe start having Monday send AI summaries instead?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's solving is organizing tasks and contributions for multiple team members on various projects. If it wasn't for Monday, everything we work on would be archived in Slack and Email, which would make searching for anything specific an absolute nightmare.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has changed the productiveness of the entire company.
Best platform that we have tried for organization and project management. User friendly, easy to train new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost nothing i can complain about. Sometimes the program lags or there can be a delay.

Monday.com has an easy-to-use interface that provides a clear visual component, making it easy to see how projects are progressing.

Monday.com is best for those in marketing roles, not great for those managing client info, such as sales.

Monday.com provides an easy way of keeping vital information organized.

What do you like best about the product?
A flexible software that can be as simple or complex as one needs whilst being charged at an inexpensive price compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quoting/invoicing could use some more customization and automated features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping pipeline and current jobs organized so that I can manage what needs to be done and better handle priority tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
the way the board is shown on screen give you the possibillity to see all your projects easily and without problem because the amount of information and how it is distribuited depends only in how you customize your entire workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I don't like is that the order on how you see the projects (order by date) is attached to all the boards, for example if I have a board order from the oldest to the newest, that configuration will apply to all the other boards that I had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to organize in a very efficient way my work and have the possibillity to have a continue monitoring with notifications and checklist that give me a constant alert to make sure that nothing is missing.

I like that Monday helps me stay in communication with my team on where I am at with projects.

I think some of the drop down features on tasks can get confusing and cluttered.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful about Monday.com are the flexible features that allow for the development of numerous solutions. The extensive and costly coding of programming languages can be easily applied through quick automations, depending solely on your logic in associating the resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss in Monday.com is the lack of a tool to create communication screens with the end user. It has forms, but only for inputs; however, robust queries can be performed directly on Boards and Dashboards. With the screens, it would be easy to create a BPMS and associate it with Projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the definition of end-to-end business processes, we use Monday.com to automate these processes, establish controls and indicators, enabling the management of the entire company through automated Process and Project Management. The end-to-end processes we are automating include: Marketing, Commercial, Creation (Designer), Final Art (Graphic Designer), Production (Printing), Finance, HR/DP, Logistics (Delivery), Planning (Strategic Control, IT).
