Amazing tool for procedures

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is use, to configure and to make new projects. It looks nice and the automatizations work amazing. I use it daily in my company and works as a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the payment it works on group of 5 users. It sometimes was difficult to make automatic payments however it was solved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, control and giving tools to deliver tasks to workers.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to see everything at first glance. Monday makes keeping track of my projects extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is glitchy, but overall I really do not have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped keep all of our projects organized when we did a software switch over on our MRP system. I don't know what we would do without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Maonday.com has the ultimate flexibility to adapt to your business needs. Always innovating and adding more functionality. This has transformed the way we work.
The platform is easy to use and you can learn evrything you need from their extensive library of articles and videos. Integrations and automations are where you can really elevate your experience and save hours of administration time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet come across a downside. I have been with Monday.com for over 5 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps with our sales pipeline, client management and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to keep our projects and tasks organized. We are able to create different boards for different business units, and easily submit requests to our Creative team. It even allows us to track our weekly progress on various projects and provide updates to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be easily missed, especially if a user is getting more than one notication at a time or just generally receives a lot of notifications. I usually have to follow up with an email or Teams message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of tools allow you to manage projects and tasks, but Monday is unique in the tracking it offers and visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and adaptability of Monday. We have a pretty unique business and most typical templates and project management models don't work for us. Monday makes it easy to manage products in away that is best suited for our team and the kind of work we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is occasionally the complexity. Sometimes my brain functions better with a simple to-do list than looking at my crowded MyWork Monday board. However, that may be an issue of how our team is managing boards vs. the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving how we manage branding projects and timelines, how we handle personal task lists, how we give feedback, how we keep track of what our colleagues are handling, how we keep track of the statuses of projects and tasks, how we organize and store information, and more. It's benefiting us by saving us time, keeping us organized, and enhancing our communication.

What do you like best about the product?
That almost all business processes can be programmed, automated, measured, and controlled here, which lets you know immediately everything that happens in the business and communicate quickly and leave evidence of everything that happens and the commitments. Obtain immediate KPIs of the activities, areas, and collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple groupings for the preparation of orders or invoices are very complicated; the formulation is very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
help me efficiently measure the KPIs of each project, area, and person instantly just with filters, perform situational business analysis, and avoid delays in the different processes/projects with greater control

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Monday for data tracking and form filling. The platform easily works with our Google email, and makes filling forms and creating data tracking easier! We love Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything negative while using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows multiple users to access forms and data collected and files the data in the right spot. It helps to keep things organized and helps track information. Monday also helps organize information and allows for document presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is very easy to navigate and intuitive to use. The range of features allows the user to keep elevating and improving their work.
Our customer support team has also been super attentive and flexible with us which has helped the experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features can sometimes be a little wonky and the tables/graphs options can be limiting when you want to create visuals of your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization and data collection of the projects we work on.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Monday.com is the ease of which it allows us to communicate with each other. Our workplace is very busy and we rarely are all together, so having this system in place has provided extremely easy methods of communication on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike overall. It might be nice to have a smaller fee to add users instead of going up in the tier/price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it has solved was a lack of communication among our coworkers. The ability to share information via computer & mobile devices has allowed our work environment to become much more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The "boards" can be used by all member, so if one employee stops mid process, it is very clear where we need to pick up and continue. Organizing data into easy to find boards and adding documents and videos is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish Monday.com had less downtime / errors, every now and then Monday crashes and this causes a delay for us becasue we rely heavily on Monday.com as a holding space for data/info needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has streamlined out workflow - allowing us to add info to the board that all of our team can access and use, and there is a process laid out visually that llows everyone to follow ther sales process step by step.
