Monday has helped our firm keep better track of tasks and monitor deadlines better as well
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Monday is the different tables you are able to create. The customizable columns and the automations are both really easy to use and implement on a daily basis. With these tables / boards our firm is able to visually see progress per tasks and communicate internally when needed to collaborate on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel Monday can improve on are the subtasks. At times, it would be helpful to have more options / features on the subtask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing our firm to stay on top of deadlines and not forgetting to take on client projects. This by default helps us be more professional and efficient.

The ability to organize across funtions and teams, helps with pipelines and a number other areas within our organization.

The integrations are great, if you can use them. As well as the automations which can be a little clunky at times.

There are a lot of moving parts in our industry and to have one place we can keep track of workflow available to multiple users really helps save on time and keeps things consistent.

Ease of use is nice. New features are still adding up and being implemented thats why its so good

with the amount that everyone is having, i feel like there should be more than 400 users on a board allowed. Sometimes it gets too slow too.

The daily organization of projects and tasks in our company is much more orderly and helps us always keep the big picture in mind.
Visual and streamlines taskmaster
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual account of every task and project I have on my list, how far along it is, places for updates and deadlines, it really helps me to manage the brain dump and keep it all in one place, organized, and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish automation was easier, im not sure why they made it so complicated? Adding a monthly/weekly or annual renewable item should be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything I need to do, track, or manage all in one place rther than different email flags or post its, I'm able to handle a plethora of differing projects without anything slipping through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lowest priced tier loses too many features to make it worth it, middle tier is pricey if you are a small agency with less than 5 users (which is the minumum while the basic tier minimum is three, but NO guests).

We use Mondaym.com for task management. It helps keep an eye on everything that's been going on in the organization and help us plan for the future as well. We use Monday for offline and online task management and it is equally helpful in both areas. We like Monday.com sleepare and using it for last 6 years.
