Excellent work tool.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the platform is the ease it provides to organize my workspaces and separate them corresponding to each type of project. I also like that it provides multiple options to present different projects to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that the task or update panel closes when I open the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform benefits me, it is my times and delivery of results of my projects.

We can manage all the projects across the Company, consolidate all the information in one place, and open it up to everyone in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use a lot of Company names, and every person writes them differently, so at the time we filter the company name, we miss information. It would be great to have a dropdown list with preset names for all the workspaces.

It reduces repetitive work — like sending reminders, updating statuses, or moving items between boards automatically.
It connects with tools like Slack, Google Drive, Outlook, and Zoom — which helps keep everything synced.

Once a board gets too big it can sometimes slow down or get laggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immigration cases often have many steps: intake, document gathering, submission, receipt, follow-ups, interviews, status decisions, maybe appeals and monday helps me with reminding about deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Across the board, monday.com is the most efficient, user-friendly and enjoyable software we've used to manage our creative projects. With 100+ members, we all seamlessly use monday.com without any issues, and it's helped us quickly transform our department into a well oiled machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any issues or dislikes with monday.com, other than that we have to be in it at all times!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has solved our issue of missed communication, tasks and having an overview of everyone's work. We use monday.com for 100% of all creative marketing projects and with the full team on board and constantly using it, we always have a full vision of how many projects we're working on and the status of every individual tasks. The ability to customize templates has allowed us to use monday.com for any type of project imaginable.
I am relatively new to monday.com. I think it is very helpful to have tasks scheduled in one place

I feel that collaborating with fellow employees to view tasks in one location is most helpful.

I have not been using monday.com long enough to have anything that I dislike.

I think I already stated that having tasks in one place for administrative purposes is quite valuable.

It can be pricey - so I think more options for those running a smaller business would be great.

It's taking my many many spreadsheets and documents and allowing me for the first time to have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating custom boards and automations is what I like most about Monday. It is also very advantageous to have the possibility of team notifications and report views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some difficulty with the use of emails in automations, as I noticed that automations do not work in mirror columns, and this somewhat limits some procedures I would like to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of service orders, sales funnel, control of purchases and assets, document expiration, annual planning, and especially report generation.

Monday.com templates help me keep my business organized, and I can utilize it frequently, and setup reminders to stay on top of my tasks.
