Monday.com took us of good to great!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allowed our virtual team to get on the same page and seamlessly communicate across multiple projects. Our efficiency and communication is outstanding!
We were also able to cancel other subscriptions since Monday allows us to house so much information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We utilize a lot of docs for note taking. If you could archive an entire project together it would be incredibly helpful.
We also wish we could privately share boards with individuals and not our full database without upgrading as the plan we have is just right for our small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track every event detail with a lot of data and we aren't starting each event from scratch. Templates helps us to save time and improve our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation, easy of use, an incredible simplicity and powerful UI helps you increasing the productivity. It's light years ahead of its competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for a solo or freelancer might not be the price since it's seats based and the minimum are three licenses

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create different formulas and different graphs to showcase my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how I can't really create my own automation sometimes I feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving my having to do the math on figuring out the percentages for a task.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom automations! Massively improved now, and very simple to create.
An easy integration with our CRM platform allows urgent tickets to be inserted into my schedule with a browser notification.
Customer support has been very helpful on the rare occasion that I've needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy for user error to break a workflow - would like some kind of contextual limitation on status changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using monday.com for nearly four years now, mainly for personal and team workflow management, but also for project management.
I have a very wide range of responsibilities, so the "My Work" view ensures that I don't miss anything.

Clean clear and colourful

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an intuative design. It's cell based so if you are used to Excel, and if you are a visual person who uses colours to sort data then Monday will appeal!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little on the expensive side, but worth it for our needs as a company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has become our chief CRM. It is also our company wide database for contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
- The unique features makes it easy for my day to day organizational marketing needs, such as building out my marketing calendar to make sense of what's coming up and where it stands relative to all the other marketing efforts that week or month.
- Prioritization flags allows me to clearly see what bugs and tasks need the most focus right now across different team silos, such as engineering, analytics, and business development
- Robust organizational tooling, such as hierarchies, heading/subheading title texts, and more
- Instant team notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing. Everything has been functioning properly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem Monday solves is the organization of the various marketing efforts we have targeting our 1 million+ download userbase. Secondary problems Monday solves is being able to jump in on ANY of my teammates projects and know exactly where it stands progress wise and where it's going.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us stay on track for projects and makes social media planning & scheduling a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar view on the Social Media planning template would coordinate with the category column and not just the "section" it's in's color.

I plan our schedule monthly so I color cordinated the months but then add tags for what is being posted i.e blogs, national holiday, tips etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team collaboration, not all of us are always on the same team calls that work together so it helps us see what that other person needs for that task from us or others and there progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic work space! It allows you to keep up to date with all tasks needed to be completed and helps keep the business flowing. Its easy to use and has a fantastic number of features for all departments, its become apart of our every day life at work and is a brilliant system to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Monday.com, it keeps us well updated and have nothing bad to say about it

It helps us solve all day to day issues we face in the business, giving everyone access to input their ideas to make the work place flow better and keeps everyone up to date

Efficient for Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me stay on top of my many on-going projects. Collaboration is easily fostered, and I enjoy creating automations to keep me on-track and organized. I'm also very visual, so the colorful boards and easy-to-create charts make it easy for me to process information swiftly. I use monday.com every day in my marketing efforts, and was easy for me to pick up when I first started.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few limits to my boards. I cannot change as many factors as I want to on the charts, so I feel quite limited in my ability to convey data. When exporting to Excel, there can be some tedious items I have no option to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble tracking our paid marketing campaigns on a consistent basis. We had an Excel sheet, but it was quite tedious as everyone could go in and change anything and it would not update automatically. The manual effort was not worth it. We now have a board that tracks every campaign we run, including dates, budgets, vendors, and I even attach the IOs to them in case we need it for reference. It's been incredibly beneficial in the areas of time management, project management, and efficiency. The automations also keep us on track, while has benefitted our proactivity.
