Monday.com "Work Forms" lacking in conditional logic functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the team at Monday seems to be constantly working to improve and expand its capability. I also like that it has a robust group of Third-Party apps available directly within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
But its WorkForms capabilities are sufficiently lacking at this time that I'm unable to use their forms except with the most basic of surveys and requests. I understand that Monday is workflow tool first and foremost, and that they're not trying to directly compete with the likes of Jotform, but without more conditional logic functionality and without being easier to use I'm severely limited in the ways I can put their forms to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving internal "customers" to a central and shared location for work tracking and communication.
Colorful and Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the color scheme on monday.com - while that may seem silly, I genuinely fee like it allows me to stay more organized visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how the views are sometimes difficult to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all of our contacts in one space so they are easier to find and reference.
Most versatile software platform

Easy to use, easy to integrate, use it daily

can be costly for smaller businesses, due to changes to OS there may be need to add additional products to get the features that you need

Monday.com - Huge ROI for Our Start-up
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has the lowest barrier-to-entry for casual users, while also being the most rewarding for power users. The UI is extremely intuitive, and we have seen truly great results.
I will sound like a shill for this company, but genuinely it unlocked collaboration in our business in a way that Microsoft Teams and Asana hadn't. We were extremely nervous about dropping the money to purchase Monday but our account exec helped us get a deal we were comfortable with, and our CFO has said he sees the ROI at work (even though he's one of the 2 execs I'm hounding to get into Monday.com - he sees others using it).

What do you dislike about the product?
I love most of Monday.com - the critiques I do have is that it can be difficult to find content if you don't have controls in place to control sprawl. Monday has made the wise decision to collapse Monday Projects back into Monday Work Management which should help.
Also, I was there was a way to do an ultra-tight board - meaning very, very narrow rows and columns to get as much data on the screen as possible. I despise SmartSheets but I *do* like that SmartSheets looks like Excel when I'm working on Excel-like stuff. I wish that mode existed.

Monday.com is our solution for project management for simple and complex projects, task management for individuals, work management for recruiting and onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
I appriciate the colaboration & visibility of project managemnt that monday.com can provide. Their customer service is quick and very helpful. Lots of features & automations help with productivity & efficiency.

None! This is a great platform and the best project management software I've utilized.

Visibility for all company employees over a variety of colaborative projects w/o having a million email threads.
Very pleasant organized platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how easy it was to teach my coworkers to use Monday.com and if they had questions, the resource page is great with its support. I use it everyday for my accounting tasks and it makes everything organized. We love the features it has especially the different types of columns. It was easy to implement to the whole management team and intergrates perfectly with google drive.

There are a few updates we are waitng on like a monthly gantt chart veiw, and few other small details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
long email threads is a big one and repeated monthly email reminders about tasks. I love haveing my board template I reuse every month and slowly updating it to fix my needs.
One-stop platform for all our needs
What do you like best about the product?
We actually started out by trialing Monday then feeling it was too expensive and leaving...that was a mistake. Monday has been the best way for our team to remain organised through multiple departments managing multiple projects. Upon returning to Monday we immediately saw an uptick in productivity and performance across the board.
Monday's general function is very easy to use, anyone who regularly uses a laptop will be able to pick it up in a couple of hours. To really extract the benefit from Monday though I would highly reccomend diving into the Monday's vast library of tutorial videos and articles for automation, integration, and visualising the information you've collected. We have integrated with Slack and our emails so our more laborious tasks are autopopulated and updates are automatically sent to the people who need to know.
A big shout out to the customer support team too they are always on hand to help and have been very polite every time we have contacted them.
You also get very consistent updates which is a nice surprise!

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about monday honestly. The cost could always be more friendly, especially for smaller teams who still want the pro features but Monday scales the best on the market for project management software.
The one gripe I would have is the manner in which folders/boards are organised across a database. It is not user friendly and can get cluttered very fast if you have a lot of projects going on. We try to avoid having multiple levels of folders but sometimes it is unavoidable. I would certainly encourage Monday to focus on a new board organisational method to put that cherry on top.

Our project management - it allows us to track progress of all our projects, keep our data in one place so it is easily accessible, and essentially have a large database of information without having to swap through multiple windows or programs.

Amazing asset for scheduling.
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to schedule and keep track of customer orders and installs, as well as other daily tasks that need to be completed. It has been an incredible asset to our company, as it really streamlines the scheduling process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few glitches in the system--the filters sometimes don't work as they should, but there are still ways around that when it's messing up.

monday.com lets us schedule and coordinate jobs easily and effectively. This helps to minimize confusion for everyone in the company when needing to know who should be doing what on the jobsite on a daily basis.
