Great tool for process workflows

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Dashboards are easily created and shared. Automations and integrations between boards or other tools like outlook and Jira make inter-departmental workflows very smooth. But the superstar of the tool is the support, which makes it very easy to implement. Monday.com is essential in our daily processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to cutomize the look of the dashboards and forms. This is not possible yet. Other dashboards widgets like calculating average would also be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling daily tasks and activities, communicating with stakeholders, keeping track of the projects roadmaps.

Monday Is the Best Project Management Software By a Mile

What do you like best about the product?
I've tried close to a dozen different types of project management software, and in my opinion, Monday stands head and shoulders above other products on the market. The platform is eye-catching, easy to use, and incredibly versatile. Whether you need to create a few basic tasks and check them off as you go or build out multiple workspaces with hundreds of subitems - complete with color-coded labeling, custom automation, and itemized due dates - Monday's powerful software can accommodate businesses and users of all sizes. I rely on Monday every day and wouldn't be able to perform my job to the same level without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday is ahead of the competition when it comes to automation, I still think there's room for improvement. There are many automations I wouldn't use, but I'll sometimes find that an option I want to use is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps all of my workspaces organized and allows me to complete all of my deliverables on time with intuitive automation and reminders.

Best User Interface and Experience

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to understand and use. It facilitates connecting with other platforms, such as Rolebot, so this way we don't have to update all the information manually. When we reach a customer support representative we have an immediate answer. It is easy to understand and implement, we don't need a long training to use understanding, is a good tool and helps us be more efficient. In our team we use it daily, it helps us to organize and be more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be too high for small companies, also the capacity for each board is limited and we have to create different boards to work and it difficult to manage multiple projects at the same time. Also, sometimes it suddenly stops working and changes in the board are not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us improve our productivity, and it is a good tool that helps us organize and manage time efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is used heavily across our People Ops and Training teams, and we've recently gotten our Sales team to implement it more in their day-to-day. Anything from tracking purchases, rosters, attrition, retention, schedules...I could go on and on! Love that we can import and export to Excel/Sheets as well. Their customer support is SUPER responsive. They will even access your boards (with permission) to try and find a solution as well. Also, automate ALL the things :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could customize the automations a bit more granularly. That is my only critique

What do you like best about the product?
I love the colour coded options and how attractive it makes my organization look!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit overwhelming at times to have so many boards that my team leader creates and they're hard to find if I don't know what the title is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of losing track of information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us organize our production flow and helps communication between our team members. It is easy to use and was a snap to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we have no complaints about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve problems of communicating SOA information from sales to production and gives a visualization of workflow so that all levels of staff know what is happening with each concurrent project.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several functions, and when there is a new need in our business, I look over all of the options, and almost always, we find something new that is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other platform, it can fail sometimes, but that usually does not happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all of the tasks and get advised when it's my turn to collaborate, so every process has become really smooth, even for new employees, and attention to clients has improved a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday.com is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the very first moment, I was able to customize my boards and workflows to suit the specific needs of my team. Additionally, the numerous integrations with other tools we use daily have greatly facilitated project management. The clear visualizations and dynamic charts allow us to have an overview of task progress in real-time, which significantly improves our efficiency and collaboration.

Another great advantage is the ease of implementation. The initial setup was quick and hassle-free, which allowed us to start working immediately. Furthermore, customer service has been excellent; we always receive quick and helpful responses to our questions and issues. We use monday.com frequently, practically daily, which demonstrates its constant value and relevance in our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although my experience with monday.com has been generally very positive, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. For example, the basic functions, while very intuitive, some of the more advanced features require a learning time and an adaptation curve, especially for users who are not familiar with project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com solves several key problems in project management and team collaboration, especially in the realm of project management and work management. One of the main issues it addresses is the lack of visibility and task tracking. With its customizable boards, we can see at a glance the status of each project, who is working on what task, and what the current priorities are. This reduces confusion and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

Additionally, monday.com significantly improves internal communication. Instead of relying on endless email chains or multiple communication tools, we can centralize all comments, files, and updates directly on the project board. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of important information getting lost.

Another problem it solves is the difficulty of coordinating remote teams. Thanks to real-time collaboration features and integrations with tools like Slack, our team can work effectively from different locations. This has improved our productivity and allowed us to better adapt to remote work needs.

In terms of benefits, monday.com helps us stay organized and focused, which translates into greater efficiency and better deadline compliance. Moreover, by automating repetitive tasks, we can dedicate more time to the strategic activities that really matter. In summary, monday.com has been an essential tool for optimizing our project management and teamwork, making our workflow more fluid and effective.

Very easy to use even for an IT Luddite.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that ease of use and ease of setting up workspace hub for my company was what worked for me in selecting Monday.com as a platform for the design of the company's Technical hub. The automations function and the ease of linking boards make it a good platform for controlling work and projects on a daily basis. The email integration does however need improvement for Monday .com to stay in touch with your competitors. Customer support is good as I can usually get a problem dealt with within 24 hours. Monday.com is now used not just by the Technical department but by Quality, Learning and Development and Risk departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one issue and that is email integration, we currently have a specific board set up that when emails arrive it automatically send them onto other work spaces which is fine but, the emails are sent as being identified by the person who set up the board rather than from the board itself, which is unhelpful. Also forwarding emails is almost impossible. Your competitors have sorted this issue out and your are in danger of losing market share and customers if this is not sorted out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows easy workplace control; of taks and projects and allows communication between task owners

What do you like best about the product?
Visually able to easily organize and integrate new data without many steps, and having multiple boards for different projects is a great visual!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an option to manage a single task/project to completion alone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have one place for all projects to live and continually check/monitor over time instead of having to go to multiple different places. It's also great to have lots of customizable column options for different tasks!
