A great planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and structure to help plan and organise my day efficiently. Being able to clearly prioiritise tasks and collaborate with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between differing groups being unable to have different catergories and titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us be concise and collaborate effectively as a team

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes my day and really lays out my task in the clearest way. The number of features is a great thing all though i probably dont know/use them all. i use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy and sometimes it goes down

With my un-organised nature. It really helps and improves my worklfow.

Organising every team in the business easily and building out flows really speeds up our process and this is why I love it!

I use Monday.com every day without fail!
When I joined the company we were already using Monday.com and it took no time at all for me to integrate it to my daily tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
the isn't really much I don't like about Monday as I have to use it every day for my task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a flow of work from the copy team to the design team to the PPC, Social and email marketing team which is why we use it with ease and would recommend it at any other job I do in the future as the automation really do help show where our tasks and clients are at.
The best collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com, like every other project planning tool, is great for tracking and reporting on projects and other activities with its vast amount of features. What sets it apart though, are its communication tools in the system, that are far superior to its competitors and allow for more efficient working between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is a very easy system to use and has been designed and built with simplicity in mind. This is great when team members with little knowledge need to provide updates and infrequently input into the system. However, this is very limiting for more advanced users, as the design removes the ability to plan at depth, connect data between boards and allow for more customisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided a very structured project planning tool where inputs are limited by column types and has allowed for greater reporting through the use of dashbaords
It has made life easier for our team, Work can be tracked in one environment in real time.

The centralisation of work in one environment.

Can't really think of anythign as it has worked wonders for us thus far.

Tracking of workflows. Particularly for Creative designs per campaign. This has made it easier to track jobs in the pipeline and that whcih are completed etc...
Great collaborative team task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its UIX is amazing and so intuitive! The collaboration part is also very cool - the fact that it integrates with Slack is also a nifty feature, The implementation was also very easy as I have used it before and kind off know my way around it! Our Finance team use it quite often to keep track of all ad hoc tasks flying around!
What do you dislike about the product?
All completed tasks - I would love to have a board to keep these (instead of making a manual one)

It helps the finance team stay on top of all ad hoc and repetitive tasks

My favourite aspect of Monday is having the ability to create my own personal boards and rank the subitems in terms of priority.

Sometimes the intergations between different boards don't always incorporate each other.

It gives me and my work team a sense of direction and priority of tasks each day
Very easy and good for day to day planning whilst at word

The ease of use and the fancy buttons make it like you are feeling accomplished when completing a task

The CRM needs work as it is not as easy to use as other CRMs

sometimes due to the amount of numbers/ stadistics it takes long to generate the graphs.
