Regular Updates and Effortless, Professional Diagrams for Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the platform’s regular updates; they make it incredibly easy to visualize the entire process from start to finish. It offers a wide range of comprehensive features and provides a very clear, high-level overview. Creating professional-looking diagrams is a breeze, and I especially like how everything stays well organized. Overall, it’s an excellent project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly for me, the user interface is excellent. I can't think of any negative aspects to this product right now, the combination of visual elements makes it a very complete tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really helping me organize my project dates, and it’s easy to set deadlines for the whole team. It’s been a huge help with project planning, giving you an idea of when to start a task. It also helps us plan complex projects by showing the planned tasks throughout their entire duration.

Intentionally Misleading & Consistently Buggy

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize forms is nice, and the user experience 4 years ago was better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's extremely buggy. I also lost access to features without notice or plan change. Exporting or displaying data is brutal, and we ended up going back to spreadsheets. This is just another nickel and dime software that raises prices and is misleading about their renewal policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not solving our problems, we are going back to spreadsheets

Beautiful, Organized Project Tracking with Multiple Views and Time-Saving Automations

What do you like best about the product?
The visual design (color coded boards, multiple views like Kanban, Gantt, and Calendar) makes it easy to see project status at a glance. Automations saves time on repetitive tasks, and the platform successfully turns chaos into organized Data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding new team members takes longer than we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The boards are incredibly flexible. We went from three different tools down to one and our weekly standups got 20 minutes shorter because everyone can just see what's happening.

Clear Workflow Diagrams and a User-Friendly Way to Manage Projects

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to view the workload for a single project, as well as how the workflow diagrams are displayed in a clear, organized way. The platform feels compact and user-friendly, which makes it easy for me to set up new projects quickly. The features are explained clearly, and I also like how fast I can organize and manage tasks once everything is in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program can sometimes feel a bit slow when it’s displaying larger projects, and the diagram options are somewhat limited. That said, overall I’ve had a very pleasant experience using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me set up new projects quickly, and I can access project information without any hassle. I can find what I need easily, and I like being able to view all my projects at once. It’s excellent for what I need to do, since all the data is in one place.

Intuitive Collaboration with Minor Integration Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management very easy to start with, and it offers lots of options. I like that I can use my own view for planning, such as Kanban, while allowing others to see the main tasks. There are lots of options to view planning in different ways and to collaborate with others. monday.com provides a way better method of collaborating with my colleagues in a clear way while also allowing each member to customize to their own liking. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to track ad performance in monday Work Management. The integration with Meta Ads performance is challenging because it's hard to match the columns and KPI names exactly as they are in Meta. Ideally, it would be better if it could be entirely copied the way it is in Meta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to solve planning, clarity, and communication issues. It offers flexibility to customize the view for planning and improves team collaboration. It was a clear choice over ClickUp for these features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is very intuitive and easy to understand. I also love how it adapts to the user’s skill level. We can collaborate on event planning with organizations in other countries using functionality that any user can master with minimal time investment, and it’s much simpler than holding virtual meetings or managing long email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com has been a turning point for our organization. I have no complaints or issues to report, customer service has always responded within the promised timeframes and has been extremely thorough in resolving problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using this platform because we needed a solution to connect our purchasing and design departments. This solution has since spread to other departments and works wonders. Today it has become and essential tool for our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday Work Management has a very visual presentation in the form of tables; I hadn't seen any other system with this presentation. Additionally, the system is dynamic and intuitive; I didn't have to read any manual to know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it when I have to jot down simple tasks, because filling out each table takes some time. It would be interesting to have a simple notepad for notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps me classify tasks by categories and priorities. Additionally, it allowed us to improve communication between areas since it gets lost with emails.

Intuitive, Consolidating, and Perfect for Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everyone collaborates together on one project. It's very easy to see what other people are working on and what tasks I need to finish completing or update. I appreciate that I'm able to chat with people on that particular project and keep up to date with what everyone else is working on. I find monday Work Management does an excellent job of consolidating information so you only see what you need, without seeing too much or too little. It's a very user-friendly tool that doesn't require a lot of outside research to understand. Also, it's intuitive, which makes setting up new projects and understanding how to include different team members straightforward. I also like how easy it is to see the numbers and put them where they need to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the speed of the updates can be improved. There have been a couple of times where I've logged in and going between one or two different projects was just a very slow transition. I also wish there was an easier way to view projects from previous years. Right now, we have everything set where you only see the current year's numbers, and it's not as intuitive to figure out how to change that so I can view previous year numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to review projects, track data, and ensure accurate numbers for grants. It consolidates information efficiently, showing only what I need. It's user-friendly and facilitates project collaboration by making it easy to see tasks and chat with team members.
