Using monday.com really makes it easy to sort or find specific data needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpgul thing avout monday.com is its versitility. It can be used for any type of documentation needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my current role, I do not at this time have any dislike about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using monday.com I am able to create and organize any type of board to use fo many different type of documents.
Excellent for cross-department collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for a variety of tasks related to onboarding, offboarding and system changes. It is extremely useful where a process involves numerous colleagues from different departments. We are able to list out all the tasks related to a process, then each time we follow the process we copy the line above and tag the person who needs to carry it out (and that person is notified). It's incredibly clear and user friendly, and is also useful for audit purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually haven't encountered any real issues with it. For the purposes we use it for, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would previously have difficulty with visibility for tasks within a process that sat with other departments. Monday.com is perfect for solving this issue.
A type A personality’s dream.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organization of the platform and how it's easily customizable to hold all the information needed per each role of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but a suggestion would be to be able to have a "private" or personal project management section that only you would be able to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved any confusion when viewing projects.

Limited tasks and Automations = equivalent to additional fees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any ssues except for the fees keeps adding up, kimited tasks and it stops

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.come is entirely customizable to what I need at the moment. If my responsibilites shift, I can create new workspaces that go with my new workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I love this software! I cannot think of anything that I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before purchasing Monday.com, I was an unorganized mess. It assists me with staying organzied by letting me keep a running, dated to-do list. I also create a communication plan in Monday.com, which is a HUGE help for staying organized.
General Monday Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using their boards, which allows for easy access and understanding of my relevant informationand their automation features allows me implement quicker decisions. It has become a daily part of our business operation
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were more apps that could connect with monday.com, and there has been times where the system doesn't update properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the ability to create custom spreadsheets and automations to fit our business structure and facilitating growth
Great way to organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways you can modify your boards and adapt them to each of your needs. It allows to connect and spread responsabilities and tasks around a team. It's pretty easy to use once you have gotten the grip of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start it can be a little bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly to keep track of my tasks at hand and it allows me to keep them in mind, prioritze them, assign status to each of the tasks and allows for me to keep my head clear and concentrated on each task, not thinking about other stuff or jumping from task to task without finishing anything.
The to-do list dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 'my-work' element as its the most flexible to-do list. Instead of crossing out tasks, or having to scribble out the due date or any changes in information, this can be done neatly and easily. You can reorder tasks within boards, tag people and colour code dependant on tatus and priority, which can be changed suiting preferences and different ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to expand a task and to know what board it comes from the 'my-work' tab. I wish from this list you could follow the task back to its original board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and juggling several clients and a busy work day.
From Monday to Friday - the best Organizer !
What do you like best about the product?
I love how every task is notification marked so all associates can check on the progress even if they are not actively working on it.
Every subtask is accessible and approachable to leave comments and even smaller tasks if need from team members.

I cant think of a single thing that is an issue with the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many small and big tasks at work, and more tasks come along every week, so Monday helps us organize it all under 1 roof.
Organization of mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday to organize our mobile devices via a large number of individual local projects. The distribution and easy creation of groups in monday is our daily business and we are very satisfied with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss the one or other alarm for e.g. double bookings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday provides us with an overview of our mobile devices. Where is which device booked, how many are external, how many are internal.
