General Monday Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using their boards, which allows for easy access and understanding of my relevant informationand their automation features allows me implement quicker decisions. It has become a daily part of our business operation
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were more apps that could connect with monday.com, and there has been times where the system doesn't update properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the ability to create custom spreadsheets and automations to fit our business structure and facilitating growth
Great way to organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways you can modify your boards and adapt them to each of your needs. It allows to connect and spread responsabilities and tasks around a team. It's pretty easy to use once you have gotten the grip of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start it can be a little bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly to keep track of my tasks at hand and it allows me to keep them in mind, prioritze them, assign status to each of the tasks and allows for me to keep my head clear and concentrated on each task, not thinking about other stuff or jumping from task to task without finishing anything.
The to-do list dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 'my-work' element as its the most flexible to-do list. Instead of crossing out tasks, or having to scribble out the due date or any changes in information, this can be done neatly and easily. You can reorder tasks within boards, tag people and colour code dependant on tatus and priority, which can be changed suiting preferences and different ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to expand a task and to know what board it comes from the 'my-work' tab. I wish from this list you could follow the task back to its original board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and juggling several clients and a busy work day.
From Monday to Friday - the best Organizer !
What do you like best about the product?
I love how every task is notification marked so all associates can check on the progress even if they are not actively working on it.
Every subtask is accessible and approachable to leave comments and even smaller tasks if need from team members.

I cant think of a single thing that is an issue with the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many small and big tasks at work, and more tasks come along every week, so Monday helps us organize it all under 1 roof.
Organization of mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday to organize our mobile devices via a large number of individual local projects. The distribution and easy creation of groups in monday is our daily business and we are very satisfied with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss the one or other alarm for e.g. double bookings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday provides us with an overview of our mobile devices. Where is which device booked, how many are external, how many are internal.
Monday is the best project management system.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the division between 'my work' and all projects, and the ability to add updates and statuses to projects as well as ability to upload files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to transition between monday boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collaborate as a team with ease and organization.

It's easy to customize it based on my needs.

Some analytics are limited. Some integrations don't work 100%

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best tool we use for our whole agency. I worked at a job previously with no project management tools and using Monday has been life changing. It's such a great tool to assign work to others and easily be able to check in the progress of projects. You are also able to make personal to do lists with dates and add comments for yourself. I would 10/10 recommend this tool to anyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Monday.com. The only thing would be the amount of notifications you get, but you're able to customize your settings to the number of emails you want to receive and for what updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many team members and roles within our agency and we have a lot of different types of jobs that we need to assign work for. Monday is the easiest tool to work with to assign out work and keep track of the progress it's making. We also use it to communicate projects with our clients.
Out of all the task management systems, Monday.com is my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is easy to use, but also has so many different features that you can integrate into your workflows to create something more complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that AI was already better integrated so that I could take a brainstorming document and it would automatically set up the processes and everything for me (but then I guess I would be out of a lot of work!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a task management tool that can also function as a CRM when built correctly - having that all in one place in fantastic, though I wish there were more ways I could make my CRM integrate with a task management board so that the CRM stays tidy but the tasks links back to the relevant contact.
My Experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page with projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really tough to do social media scheduling and automation on it. It is also difficult to get the approval process going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining a bunch of hybrid worker in various time zones and departments. This keeps all of the tasks in one spot rather than in random emails, excel docs, and drives.
