Easy to use and organise work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organisation structure - It is easy to organise jobs and gives enough areas for notes so others can pick up jobs easily

There is nothing I dislike about using the platform

Monday is great!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday at our company to keep our projects organized, within timeline, and ensure everyone on the team is on the same page. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I would change is the ability to organize the boards per individual as opposed to the entire team needing to have the same board order.

What do you like best about the product?
I think for our business is the way it enables people working at different locations or remotely away from the business hub to communicate and work as if you were together in an office setting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to learn more and grow my knowledge of Monday.com. I'm sure I'm only scraping the top of what is achievable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track work flow from the production facility even though our offices are at a different site
Monday.com is the best Organizational Program I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is amazing on Monday.com ! I love the labels, the status updates, the formulas. I love getting email updates and using the deadline mode on the date section. Monday.com keeps me completely organized by task and helps me prioritize my work. Monday.com is so easy to use and user friendly. I love that you can integrate columns, this way when a status is updated it connnects with the date. You can integrate the formula columns etc. For exmaple, I use a baord to track bonuses, and I use a column that takes last years bonus and this years bonus and off sets the difference in percentage between the two. The customer service is awesome as well. They get back to you quickly and are even willing to conect via phone. They are the ones who assisted me with the formula. I use Monday.com all day, everyday. I live in this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change on Monday.com, is being able to have multiple groups on a baord without the using the same columns. Meaning, I could have 2 groups on a board with columns that fit the needs of that group. But it's OK because I just creat eanother board now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves all of my task needs. Every update they do to the system benefits me because it is so user friendly.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to customize monday.com to suit our team's needs and manage all of our projects. I particularly love the automations that help streamline our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a capability to create subitems under subitems. Only having 2 levels of items has brought up some struggles with organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows for our team to streamline workflows, approval processes, and tasks at a fast-moving startup.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it easy to keep track of multiple projects at once. I also really love the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations and boards have limitations which sometimes make it harder for the workflow to happen.

How quickly certain tasks get done, it saves me time.

While monday.com offers a variety of automation options to streamline tasks, I found that the automation capabilities could be more advanced to handle more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has significantly alleviated the challenge of managing and remembering all my tasks by providing a centralized platform where I can easily organize, prioritize, and track everything in one place. Its reminder features and visual progress tracking ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, keeping me on top of all my responsibilities effortlessly.
Useful, Versatile, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is malleable - one can tailor it to suit almost any need to organize information and notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations that I wish could be modified for "Quality of Life" sake like bulk uploading of a document to several line items simultaneously. I would also like to jazz up automated emails with images. Perhaps it is coming in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our teammates can work together on one platform to communicate information quickly.
Monday also allows us to perform without having to be physically present.
The progress of orders can be easily tracked and information held ready for when it needs to be referenced.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity on goals an dtasks in hand - easy to link and upload files for global access - no excuses. Gives us the ability to move fast as a global team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enpought time in my day to use all the functions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing project streams and content workflow with colleagues working across timezones / 23 differet countries. Ease of duplicating processes and personalising when needed.
Project Management and Process flow made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I have control on my own workflows, I can set my own automations rather than rely on an out of the box solution that doesnt quite meet my requirements. You can 'code' a workflow without needing to undertsand coding, it is easy to implement an automation. The community support function answers any query you may have and the customer suppport through monday direct or youtube video is really helpful. We use monday every day for all our dates oriented process tasks. We have intergrated with outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to brand the monday platform further would be an added benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us manage our project workflow and corresponding data on a clear to use platform where all team members can be kept up to date and advised on progress. Using the update comment function and automations means we dont miss a deadline.
