Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing for our team is the "excel" style of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I did not like is the fact that there is a limit on the deposit payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of excel sheets because on Monday you can attach documents and have a conversation with your colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to organize projects and keep the whole team informed of progress without lengthy team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is duplicate tasks are easy to create. Human error; garbage in, garbage out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects organized is key to efficiency. Monday is the best tool we have found to accomplish this.

You can store so much information (deadlines, links, etc) all in one place.

The automations don't always work or integrate with other apps.

Tracking deadlines across multiple stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate and organize information that I would otherwise leverage excel or gSheets for in MUCH better way. I really enjoy all the customizations to make it really organized and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations/integrations break (for example with Slack). There is the automation dashboard where you can see if an action broke - but you can't cancel it. So it is in a perpetual "trying" cycle and then I'm not sure if I should try again in case it spams a Slack channel. I use automations quite a bit and run into this often. I had reported it as feedback before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An intuitive tool for project management that is easily shareable and open for collaboration. Has made my work much easier for cross-functional project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com simplifies tracking orders and communicating internally and externally with clients. I used Monday.com every day and it has been so easy to implement into our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one I haven't found it yet. You will not regret adding this to your project management process.

Monday as a Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the automations are friendly to any user and the UX is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is not a CRM and the implemmentation done so far is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been able to help us to concentrate all our work into one place. For some users it may take longer to get use to how the platform works but overall as a workspace is amazing. On the project management point of view, it has been able to streamline our work and make easier to work between the team across the world as for deliver our product in order and time.
Monday - Great for day-to-day planning
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday day-to-day for 18 months, and it's impossible to imagine working without it.
We use Monday to plan our daily check-in meetings, monitor progress throughout the day, and to manage our research.
It's incredibly flexible, and I don't think two businesses use it in the same way, which can also be a good thing.
Also, I love the clean UI, and yet it is still vibrant. Makes the design nerd in me happy.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get cluttered, and there isn't an automated way to clean up. That would mean cleaning the board becomes automated instead of manual, and would same a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it's so easy to assign tasks for the day on Monday. It's simple, can be checked and commented on, and is just a really useful pinboard-style provider.

What do you dislike about the product?
Any downtime can be a showstopper, but thankfully it's only happend 1-2 times over the last 9 months and has been <5 minutes. The hardest part is the change management & adoption / change in behaviors among our associates.

Improving efficiency, consistency and scalability of internal project operations across 100+ users for professional services/consulting firm.

It is a platform where you can easily streamline your tasks and projects. To communicate within the team.

Mobile application always gives glitch and not very user friendly
