What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about working with Monday is that after a short time, you can understand perfectly how the software works. It does not require too much adaptation time and it is possible to put a lot of material into it for all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my colleagues open post after post and enter too much data in one post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Monday solves for me is that everything is in one place and I don't have to scroll through mountains of emails to find what I need.

It is visual and easy for the team to quickly identify project status

Despite paying a reasonable subscription fee some features are not available such as gant charts

I love Monday.com!
I set it up for the company I work for and now we have over 100+ users, and more are signing up every day. I like that you can customize -literally- everything. Every board can be used differently to meet your needs. It has made keeping track of tasks, social media and website updates so much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
This might seem silly, but I wish we could customize the colors of the labels, haha. Besides that, love everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our design department is growing, and as we grow we take on more tasks. Monday.com has made it easier to assign duties, keep track of current and upcoming projects, and create forms for all of our departments to use.

You could remove the notifications part and just leave the feed updates

The fluidity with which tasks could be made and assigned to the relevant person.

Amazing tool, infinite possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful for cross-teams every day: we use it to communicate with clients and between communication and developing teams. Highly customizable, infinite potential
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very useful tool, but it takes a lot of effort to learn features and how to master them. So paying months of use without knowing how to maximise the use may be demanding

Reduces email use, makes immediate communication with clients and makes easy to summarize years of work

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build boards for what you need. The customer support is fantastic. We have just started using it and I know that I am just scratching the surface of what Monday.com can do for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. I am enjoying learning about it and implementing it with my team.

Monday.com let's the entire team have visibility on ALL projects in one place. Gone are the days of Excel tracking The fact that it is web based makes it easier to access information no matter where you are.

The ability to manage projects and workflows with other members of the team. As well as the ability to export data collected into excel files etc

I don't have any downsides that I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to onboard candidates that we hire through a seamless onboaring process as well as being able to keep a track of KPI's.
Good for data representation
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to report data from various groups that have varying goals. We primarily use the feature that allows us to connect boards to a dashboard, choosing and auto-updating which portions of data to display.
What do you dislike about the product?
When linking boards to a dashboard, it is difficult to keep track of which data is from which group without brackets or broken-down sections.

Reporting project progress to higher levels of management.
