The option to construct distinct dashboards for each project, assign tasks to the team, and establish due dates for work completion is Monday.com's finest feature.

While dealing with scripts and code, Monday.com's version control features are not sufficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization options available in monday Work Management, which makes it easy to tailor the platform to our specific needs. This customization ability is complemented by the preset workflows that streamline our project management processes effectively. I also appreciate how seamlessly and fairly easy it was to set up and understand, ensuring that our team could start using it without any significant hurdles. Moreover, the ability to view an overview, track progress, and export reports is incredibly advantageous, allowing us to have a comprehensive understanding of our projects at any time. Additionally, the integrations with tools like Slack and email have significantly enhanced our workflow by keeping all our communication and tasks connected, thus increasing overall efficiency.

Best Productivity and Workflow Software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com empower companies to create solutions for just about any type of business or department. It is super intelligent and the automation functions are just brilliant. It is super easy to implement and they provide excellent customer support. We use the board every day, every minute and everything we do is based off of monday.com. Integrating with monday.com is super simple. They have standard integrrations available and companies can also use Zapier or Pabbly to connect to other software that is not available as a standard option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features and functionalities missing, such as connecting columns between boards and auto updating on other boards. There are however workarounds but these are not optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us streamline our internal communication, ensuring our teams are always informed of status quo on tasks and clients.
Monday.com is the best productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent way to manage projects and organize teams. Monday.com provides the best tools for productivity and it is both useful for remote jobs or in-person attendance work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among all tools available in the market, Monday.com is the best and most reliable system. I don't see any major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and organization for an 100% fully remote global team. We are 30 professionals in 13 different countries.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is easy to use and is very customizable for project management purposes. I would recommend it to other companies for time tracking and workflow management! We use it every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of downsides to monday.com. Nothing major comes to mind.

Keeping track of how long each step in our workflow takes, and managing our projects.
Adding more structure (and color) to the daily work life
What do you like best about the product?
It is realy intuitive and easy to use. It has mostly a solution for everything but if there is something it cannot do right now, it will be worked on ad rolled out within some time. With all the automations and reminders it takes so much off your shoulders so you can focuse on the important stuff. Using this daily and really happy my company decided to add this to our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for some things to be implemented can take a bit of time as there are so many different companies using it, it is nearly impossible to please everyone 100% - but of course you want all that YOU need for your usecase :-)

Having the best overview of status of projects, being on time with things, getting reminders on due dates

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been great for our growing team! It is very customizable and, as we expand, I find myself needing to track different metrics across members of my department. Monday has allowed my team to build custom solutions for measuring success and automating workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
The few downsides of Monday.com are the lack of integration as of right now but the Monday.com team has been great at updating the software consistently! I find some of the tracking, such as batteries and calendars, get a little tricky and difficult to measure with multiple workspaces. I wish the My Work section could be even more customizable, like the workspace dashboards as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved the problem of not missing tasks. Before I would have so much on my plate that things would fall through the cracks if they were not high priority. Also, now everyone on my team can check in to see the progress and performance of a client dashboard at any time, saving us time and keeping us working efficiently rather than disrupting eachother.
Best project management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! I love the customizable automations most. It helps me to keep our team on track and in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many gripes with Monday.com. Sometimes some of the columns re-format when exporting to excel but not a huge concern.

i like that it's easy to use and and smooth interface, makes it great to organize and develop my thoughts while planning my projects / work week.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like that somethime I make a change that I didn't intend to, and it breaks everything, for example, I delete a group instead deleting an item, of I click on a keyboard shortcut that i'm not aware of, and something changes - a "back" button would help a lot in those situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's easy to document my progress around different topics, in a way that's easy and clear to communicate to management and other stakeholders.
