Efficient, slick and as powerful as you need it to be
What do you like best about the product?
It's vastly powerful and the automations available ensure that it takes a lot of the work on itself. It helps our team stay organised and prioritise what's important, as well as helping new team members with various processes, tasks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slightly confusing to work out initially, though the customer support does help this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with numerous external partners mean our workflow is sometimes out of our hands, while we wait for things from others. Automations and intuitive boards help me keep track of where each project is, whether it's currently being worked on in or outside of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, it allows you to have multiple charts and boards, and you can also easily filter them by the columns you create.

I'm missing some integrations with applications like GitHub, it would be nice to have a native way to link them together

It allow us to keep track on all the tasks that are ongoing, while also allowing us to have a backlog.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is that it allows you to build whatever you need to implement! And it's very user-friendly. My whole team has been using monday.com from day one and we've been collaborating very efficiently with each other!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some performance issues here and there which I believe a lot of it will be resolved with mondayDB!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team works remote. Monday.com has helped us keep track of all our projects, tasks and time tracking wherever we are in the world.

The automations within Boards makes it more alive and as it is working with you on the way through assignments

Lack of synchronisations with Teams, and also proper CRM integration with efficy.

Reducing numbers of internal emails or posters on screens or on tables

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all of my To Dos in one place and the ability to add notes and set deadlines with reminders automatically sent by Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides for Monday.com. It does what I want it to do.

All of my projects are listed in one place so that I don't have to worry about dropping balls on anything important.

Monday is simply the best to organise all of our client work so our team clearly understand where we came from and where we're going

I wish the AI tools were a bit more responsive. A chat GPT for Monday would be simply the best

Have a clear process to follow for each of our client

The most helpful is the ease to organize in topics and sequencing of tasks, it helps the team to be on top of all the to-dos and history.

Could be easier to export to outside programs like Excel.

Monday helps keep our team on top of all tasks related to our projects and to create new demands for all the team members, keeping everyone up to date on the latest events in our company and specific division.
