Super clean UI, intuitive, incredibly useful

What do you like best about the product?
Truly feel that monday.com is a game-changer. User interface is simple and intuitive. Notifications are useful and not overwhelming. Collaborative features are strong (prioritizing tasks, "tagging" coworkers in relevant posts for visibility, etc). Works well with the mobile app. Home page feed is relevant. Really, really strong tool for project management!
What do you dislike about the product?
At least when using the web version there is OCCASIONALLY an unwanted web page redirection that brings you to separate page offering to sell you more monday.com related products (at least from the looks of it). Doesn't open in a separate tab either, just redirects, which is a bit frustrating. But overall, still a really strong tool. Have not had a similar experience using the iOS app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone that has a tendency to bounce around from task to task before a task is completed, monday.com's intuitive UI helps me get a hollistic look at what's on my plate each morning without getting overwhelmed.

The most helpful way to track your data on one site, different boards definitely are handy, since you can create how many you want

I was about to say crashes, but last errors we had, were fixed in an hour👌
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After automating the processes, it save quite a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for integration of different business processes and allows to keep track of progress, planning, and process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a functionality is not integrated it is difficult to built it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for easy track of work and allows to integrate this accordingly with different internal business units and macro KPI tracking boards.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used Monday.com from the "Dapulse" days, I continue to be a big fan of this project management tool. They keep on iterating and adding tools to make things easier. Love the look of the interface and general ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is high. It can be a bit overwhelming at times - especially onboarding new folks or guests to board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What's in the queue, when things are due, where can isolated conversations about the project live.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about Monday is that I can literally customize a work board to EXACTLY HOW I WANT. I can add whatever fields, I want for classification and organization, its easy to use and setup a board, click to add a field, name it, add options. There's no complex tool set to use to DO what you NEED to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the hardeset thing to use in Monday is the notifications system. It is useful, but takes patience and practice to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Todo items added to a Monday board are less likely to get dropped and lost in the shuffle of the day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, and with the different features and templates that they offer easy access to implement different strageties for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that there can be issues about the continued use of the product as things become automated we notice a lack of people filling things out

All contact methods and points when we reach to a customer, and also elements lack of communication

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to understand and to learn with - it gives us a control that we never had before. It secures process and custom care handling perfectly and allows us to have happy customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - might be the export format to excel sometimes makes the layout bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the entire company to share information easy and safe - it stores the information for us and allows us to access the information on different plattforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and can be as detailed as we need it to be. It allowed us to complete 30% more projects with the same amount of project maanagers and coordinators in the first year. It allowed for the project team to stop chasing individuals for deliverables and let Monday.com be the one to keep stakeholders on task, which lead to a greater level of accountability. It was easy to integrate and get up and running. The customer service and support have been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would make Monday.com is to have an interface for non-projuect managment users, it can be overwhelming for stakeholders that are not familiar with the set-up or process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the issue of having multiple places for project resources and time managment. Helps with accoutnability of project stakeholders, and it has allowed us to take on more projects.
