What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything in one site and so easily accessible and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dont like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the back and forth between co-workers to allow everyone to communicate in one spot.

I love it. There are always little things that can be added but for the most part I wouldn't change anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it makes it easy for any user to navigate and keep things in order
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the templates that are avaible but overall good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has put all of our company events and some budgeting items all in one place. It is nice to have a single source to see all projects and expenses for items.

Monday.com keeps me and my department organized whether is ongoing projects, iniatives or just tracking of expirables and clients.

I wish that the dashboard feature was easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most useful on Monday.com is the quick and easy organization of the platform itself.

There are times where items have been doubled and it bogs down the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The strucutre when it comes to CRM input (names, numbers etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is a little plain (color scheme) but it makes it for a simplier layout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my organization issue, keeping contacts in an easy-to-follow order

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super robust and allows our team to implement creativity within Project management, which is something that's hard to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides aside from some functionalities not being present. That said, development is always improving, so I'm optimistic for future use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to see all of our clients' projects in one space which allows us to move from one client to another with ease. It also allows us to document conversations, keep track of budget, and so many other integrations and automations that allow us to be productive in our workday.

Great for Festival Management

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to manage London Open House Festival. The whole team, including volunteers and partner orgs, find it super easy to collaborate, update and bring in a complex festival on time using monday.com. I've already recommended it to other organisations I'm involved with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to upload email so that I can use it as a CRM, but I think this functionality might be shortly available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple, clear project management and task allocation - helps team members to know what others are doing and progress

What do you like best about the product?
I personally love the aesthetics of the monday.com software. It's incredibly appealing compared to its competitors. It makes using the software much more fun! We use it on a daily basis and it's a must for our business to run smoothly. Customer support is excellent although we've only ever needed to use it once. Integration with our other systems is great and we use Zapier for anything that isn't already a partner. Very easy to implement and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I've only scratched the surface with monday.com - I just don't have the time to learn more. This is totally my fault though and would not blame the company for this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to be the engine of our online events business. We use boards for individual event management and data recording. We also use it as our main CRM for our membership organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
- efficiently arranges incoming tickets into folders and categorizes them as per the stage of the task
- can tag and collaborate with multiple owners at the same time
- allows inter-team sharing as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
- limit on how many people can work on a ticket
- some tickets don't get processed and thus don't show up on the dashboard, they are stuck in draft

Great live functioning tools allow cross-team collaboration, helps work and track all the tasks orderly
