What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly, multicolored interface is easy to use and makes team integration swift and seamless. It makes project planning and control easier than ever before, making it possible to effortlessly monitor campaigns and accounting duties. We customize the platform to meet our requirements, keeping track of spending and liaising with the design team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com's mobile version might still use some work because it isn't as seamless or comprehensive as the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to design personalized workflows with Monday.com allows us to maximize cooperation between the accounting and creative teams, meeting deadlines and improving both of our work processes.
Easy to use visual project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to set up new boards across different team members, and has effectively replaced my project management trackers, as well as my to-do list. It increases visibility of work, resulting in less need for check ins and updates which can become timeconsuming and take away from the work you actually want to acheive. The automations make life so much more simple, and help remove repetitve tasks from my day. I use Monday.com every day across all projects and tasks, and with all members within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I've experienced is sometimes certain tasks will show back up in my workflow after I've archived or deleted them, but otherwise no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping manage team projects, status updates, task allocation and to do lists, and overall project management processes. Saves time and energy, and frees up my mind to have room to focus more on the strategic elements required of my job, and less of the tracking and execution.
Monday.com has allowed all my tasks that have been on scratch paper to be easily organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy it is to use. We can monitor our customers progress and see where they are stuck and jump into help. I love that we can multiply boards to help with new customers. I love the chat and the assignments so I don't get caught up in doing what others are already working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly love it and it has made my work so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing all clients completing tasks and easily see where they are stuck

monday.com is an all-in-one tool that is essential in tracking everyday tasks.

I have not encountered any downsides to the app.

Task management has been the key problem solver. Being able to update and keep notes for tasks has been critical.

Simple, yet very powerfull
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com com is familiar interface... Easy to consume, excel like UI that helps organize and keep track of the data. The ease of configuration, allows us to help our Cuctomers implement monday.com with a rapid speed and get onboarded very quickly. Ease of integration with other systems is absolutly important and implemented briliantly byt the monday.com team. Our customers use monday.com on daily bases to design and automeate their processes. A separate shot out is to the monday.com support team for the support they provide to us as implementors, as well as our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to pick a something we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The minimum users is 3. A single-user upgrade should be better for growing the teams slowly if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Monday.com daily to manage various tasks and projects, and the platform has been wonderfully suited to organizing data, managing with basic automations, and maintaining records of activity and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with platforms like Google Calendar, Gmail or Mailchimp were more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and prioritize my workload, and delegate and coordinate task in collab projects.
Very nice to use, organized and flexible for any business
What do you like best about the product?
The work management on Monday is really nice, it is very intuitive and easy to use. There are several ways to perform automation and integration with external tools. The collaborative work part also works very well, even with large teams with several squads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, due to the platform's flexibility, it can sometimes be a bit complicated for beginner users to navigate. However, with experience and regular use, they will get the hang of it.
The managing subtasks reported in the previous year remains a negative point. When there is more than one owner of a subtask, it is not possible to schedule the task on the same day and time. I believe that this is a task that can occur on a daily basis. For example, a joint code review on the same task and subtask.
The same point of subtasks and time entry impacts the use of Gantt views that may have overlapping days and times for different people.

With the Monday solution, we use it for two main activities. The first is to manage and control project development with workflows and task controls, tracking time and measuring our workday and tasks that can be completed in a sprint (one week for us). The second usage is to manage support tickets, integrated with Zendesk, for the support area.
