What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, to be able to use it for almost anything you want
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility! There is so much flexibility that for some it is hard to start them off, so training is not so easy. There is lots of training content, but at the beginning it was hard work for colleagues to adopt and some still don't quite get it.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Monday.com has been an invaluable tool for our project management needs. Its robust features allow us to efficiently trace project progress and its integration with Slack, GitHub, and Google enhances our workflow and communication. Additionally, using Monday.com for support queries and tracking ensures that we maintain high standards of customer support. The platform's flexibility and comprehensive capabilities have significantly improved our team’s coordination and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit tricky to get used to but once you have the hang for it, you are good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com addresses key challenges in project collaboration and task management by centralizing communication, organizing tasks, integrating seamlessly with essential tools, and streamlining support queries. These solutions have greatly benefited our team, enhancing coordination, productivity, and customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our team to be efficent and effective! We always know where a project stands, it keeps us accountable and we stay on track. It also allows us to stay organized. The templates are great because we can onboard a new project or client with ease. We use it every single day. I love the integrations, especially for lead tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app! It's very glitchy sometimes, especially switching back and forth to different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our remote team efficient and effective. It removes the need for "stand up meetings" because we have a line of sight to what's going on in the business. Because if it's a task, idea, or to do...it goes into Monday for execution!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me keep my work plan organized over any given period of time, as well as being able to have an overview of what I need to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. I appreciate that they constantly work on optimizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of the work I do with my colleagues from various areas alongside me. It also keeps us updated throughout the duration of the project.

Vast Features for Project Management in Budget

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple workspaces can be created in Monday.com thus making working with multiple organisations very clean and easy.
Tasks can be aligned in a go and there are multi level hierarchy creating which very less tools have.
It gives alert before the deadline is about to approach which is one of the most handy features for me
What do you dislike about the product?
1 - Mobile app of Monday.com is very clustered.
2 - Support needs to be more quick.
I once stuck in a issue and it took a bit long to resolve the issue with the support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a Time Tracking SAAS company.
We assign, manage our internal team tasks via Monday.com
We usually use Kanaban Boards to create and move tasks.
Internal communication is easy and since we have started using Monday.com, miscommunications between the team members has drastically decreased.

What do you like best about the product?
- The simplicity
- The UI design
- The way you can customize the board to attend to almost every use case

- The mobile app
- Linking items between boards

Making sure I know exactly what are my tasks, when are they due and what happened up until now (I document everything in the updates section)

Limited automations and real improvement of new processes over the last 1-2 years - for example Sub item functionality is stil very limited
Connection between items in different boards can be better
Customer support can be much better, especially when compliance is involved
Pricy for high amount of users

I can add different kinds of data and centrelize all information I need
Flexibility in creating semi autimated processes for our Operations
Integrations with external systems with open API's
