Team Work makes the Dream Work
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Monday.com is the way it reduces the need for constant check-ins on large scale projects because the whole team can see updates on all aspects of a project in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is only as good as you maintain it. This isn't a negative - just something I repeat to my colleagues and teammates on projects. With dedicated updates and upkeep, Monday becomes a wonderful way to keep records and information on projects that can be used as archives for future use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has never been an issue but with larger scale projects with lots and lots of tasks, Monday.com has made things so much easier to keep track of. In group projects, I avoid lots of unwanted meetings and check-ins becuase my colleagues can see everything happening in real time. Also, with multiple, larger projects, there is no way I can remember so much information so it's a great way to keep track of all kinds of details.
Automates notifications and saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com offers a centralized platform for organizing and managing my tasks. It allows me to plan projects, take notes, automate notifications, collaborate with colleagues, and more. By streamlining these processes, Monday.com saves me time and spares me the hassle of juggling multiple software tools. It's an indispensable part of my daily routine and essential to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how easily some of the automation can break, especially after someone at our company leaves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me organize and manage my tasks in one place. This saves me time from juggling multiple software tools for things like planning projects, taking notes, automating notifications, and collaborating with colleagues. My work can essentially be done all in one place which is a huge benefit.
monday.com makes work organized & fun
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of monday.co -- clean, sleek, and colorful. Looking at my tasks is never monotonous, and my work never gets lost in the noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone uses monday.com so differently, so the way I notify someone of their work may not be how they intuitively check for notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand timelines and everyone's tasks all in one spot that is easily visualized.
Great & Simple Project Management/CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com for our Project Management & CRM software. It is very affordable compared to other options while having the best ease of use. It has tons of features that works for our Construction business and the CRM allows us to keep track of all of our leads, estimates, and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must pay for a minumum of 3 seats. This was expensive and unecessary for our business initially. They should allow you to use only 1 seat for when businesses are starting out and allow them to grow further into Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Can't live without it!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it for literally everything!!! All my work is in one place and I don't have multiple systems or apps. All my work flows and connects through monday.com. I love that it's simple to use and if I don't know how to do it, they have clear, easy step by step guides to help explain everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have multiple groups within a board and that each of those groups could have different columns. Right now every group on the board has to have the same column titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wear multiple hats in my role and I can organize all my events, track inventory and tasks, plan projects, communicate with my team, compile all my PR contacts and send forms to clients all through one platform. This makes my job so much easier and organized.
Monday.com is great for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool for keeping track of tasks and assigning responsibilities. I was not sure if I would like it at first, but I LOVE it. We use it to track our marketing communications plans, story idea tracking, social media planning and approvals, and a colleague uses it for membership onboarding tasks. It's easy to use, and I like the automations that send reminders when things are due and when things need approvals. It really helps keep things moving and helps us not miss important steps along theway.

Sometimes setting up automations is tricky, but their help feature is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest way Monday.com helps our team is by keeping everyone on the same page about tasks, responsibilities, and due dates. We meet weekly and going over the task list on Monday.com is the first thing we do. No more missed deadlines or forgetting important steps.
The complete suite of Monday does a lot and has many automations, sometimes it's so much that it gets in the way.

Many interconnected products with many features, different types of automations that can help save time, once you learn, it becomes a bit easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
He has so much stuff that sometimes it seems too much. In Monday Dev, you only have boards or files, and sometimes I find that a bit claustrophobic and not very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gather all files, works, documentation, and tasks from individual projects and have documentation for our area and company as well. A large documentation hub.
Best tool for managing multiple simultaneous projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers the possibility of creating several independent boards, where we can use matrices of different methodologies but connect all boards into a single panel. Furthermore, the interface is extremely user-friendly and all sectors involved can use it without major difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would improve the reporting part, not that it's bad, but for my needs, it still doesn't meet 100%

Manage the volume of simultaneous work we need to deal with on a daily basis
Life-changing!
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity, easy interface, quick responsiveness, colorful and sleek design - all of it is seriously life-changing. Never used such a great productivity tool before at any previous job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Truly, so far everything has been great.

Monday is the base for our editorial content - it clarifies and streamlines everyone's work into one place, allows me to track my own productivity.

Monday.com has helped our team tremendously with streamlining workflows, task lists, product information, etc in order to be more efficient in both time and output....the benefits have been endless for us!
We have created workspaces for different departments to have all information organized, as well as having a constant flow of information for the entire team. It's very user friendly to create and maintain boards - we use the platform all day every day for all departments!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to view all boards as the admin on the account.
I would also like to be able to customize columns in multiple groups on one board, vs the whole board needing to have the same column headings/types.
I think docs could be easier also - they tend to get slow or bogged down while creating.

Before monday.com, our team had difficulty with sharing information while simutaneously still functioning in the workflow. We have grown quickly, and monday.com has helped us be able to streamline information and help with ease and timeliness of information - now with one click, the whole team knows what products have come in!
