What do you like best about the product?
Automations, which can be created according to each need, help make daily tasks easier and more agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use all the features of Monday, so I don't see what to point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday supports the flow of activities and makes it easier to track processes on the appropriate dates. Previously, some flows were lost because we didn't have reminders.
Comfortable and orderly working
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to work in teams in a coordinated way, the ease of understanding tasks and progress, and the user-friendly way of uploading information and being able to work a lot with the visual information of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I'll ever reach the point where I encounter things I can't do at MONDAY.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of knowing what task each person in the organisation is working on and being able to have visibility of the status of the project and where to focus to improve.
Also for working with Ghant diagrams and gaining visibility of progress over time and sorting reports.

It simplifies our daily tasks and easily connects departments work.

To figure out some automatizations may take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connects us with our main suppliers in effective way and reduces lot of back and forth via email communication.
Excellent tool for project management and sharing content with clients.

You're off to a flying start with the template boards.

The text fields when sharing social media conent are not user friendly for reading/ editing large amounts of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media content sharing with clients. Clients can review, suggest edits and approve content for scheduling.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One can use Monday for an array of business process automations with powerfull approval steps.
The ease of use and the turnaround time to create the boards and wokflows are saving us on custom development time and costs.
What started as just a CRM/Sales tool grew into a system controllonh and managing about 30 other business processes.

Love the API and the flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The API has a bit of a learning curve, but having the API playground is a great way to learn. Having what is now a 2-way integration with other tools means that a lot of my interactions with Monday are now automated.
I'm managing a monthly release cycle, and there are a lot of work items coming from a variety of sources - it's neat that I can just link back to them with URLs - it saves a lot of time and avoids copy/paste.
I tend to work in the Kanban view mostly, though I know that colleagues choose other views - and that's a strength.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I just haven't found it yet, but I'd like to be able to annotate the fields with little pop-up reminders about what goes in a particular field, or to amplify what a particular field value represents.

Tracking work from multiple sources

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly capable. I started using it to track email metrics and to automate notifications between my team and have gone further as ive explored more of what it has to offer. I particularly love the ability to make and customise client forms (I used this for feedback) and embed them in your website or platform - you can then setup automations to notify your client team when one comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside because they are adding more integrations all the time - but the more the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops us from having to use a huge number of excel or google sheets to organise our efforts. Automations let one colleague know when another has completed their part of the task, so that they can begin their contribution or review. Its embeddable forms solve the issue of using another supplier for feedback and the custom element is clean.
Great work flow software
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday, with it I can monitor the tasks of my employees and the services being delivered on the agreed date, plus everything is recorded in case we need to retrieve any information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have evolved over time and serving us better, integrations end up becoming more complex, which ends up complicating things if someone on my team has to be replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulty following the company's processes in real time and knowing which section of the company it was stuck in. With Monday I can charge the right person.
The hub for our team organisation and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite logical to use and can be used at a very basic level or have multiple automations. It covers our project management, project flow and also HR
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little intimidating when you release how many automations and features are available, then trying to work out the best option for your solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all users to collaborate on the same projects and share appropriate updates.
