What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has significantly improved our team's task organization and project management. The intuitive interface and customizable boards make it easy to track daily tasks and long-term projects. Implementation was seamless, and maintaining the boards is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is speed of the UI. However it is very manageable and your mileage may vary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com addresses our team's need for better organization and task management. It benefits us by providing a centralized platform where tasks can be tracked from inception to completion. This visibility helps users stay organized and on top of their assignments, while administrators can easily monitor progress and identify bottlenecks. The result is a more streamlined workflow, improved accountability, and enhanced team collaboration.
Monday makes projects easier to manage
What do you like best about the product?
It's very straightforward to use but even if you can't figure it out in almost most instances the help assistant will give you the answer you need. Can access it on mobile devices which is an added benefit while working out and about. if we didn't use monday we would have to use clunky spreadsheets, diaries and ms project...multiple applications to manage projects, monday allows one place for everything. Great product, thank you
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some glitches, sometimes there are times when it crashes and odd things with dates. it's also a shame that the comment field can't be shared amongst connected boards. Think there are always improvements to be made but overall no big issues and mostly always you can work around any issues or find an alternative method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple projects that are managed across our team. It's easy to keep up-to-date and find out what stages they are at. We also use for new leads/business development allowing us to make sure new customers are kept in touch with in timely manner and any team member can pick it up.

What do you like best about the product?
Colour coding and prioritising tasks. Ability to group under one section. Customer service is also very nice and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great at giving multiple subsections (i.e. a sub task of a sub task - you can only have one layer of subtasks). You cant always see your priority tasks in a perticular categories by filtering if it is a sub task. In order for the task to appear when filtering, you need to put a priority category/label on the heading of which that sub task fulls under, which is slightly annoying and repetitive.
You cannot have a different view of the groups in the board (e.g. going across verticially) rather if you have multiple groups, you have to scroll down horizontally.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com visualize all our tasks. Everyone can see what everyone is busy with. This way nothing falls through the cracks and nothing gets lots in our thousands of emails. I like the automation. We get reminders of when due dates comes up and when somebody leaves a comment on their tasks. It brought our team closer together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great! I feel I have not explored enough to dislike anything.

Previosly we communicated and assigned task and did everything through emails. With Monday.com we can transform an email to a task, monitor any inbox, visualize all our work which gives us the oppotunity to collaborate better.

Monday should be able to handle volume over all workspaces. Planning resources and having overview of all projects in relation to availability and possibilities to further optimize our workforce allocation is still to be desired.

Incredible visuals and extensive versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The extent of the customisable options and versatile choices make it perfect for project management and organising workflow. The aesthetic appeal of the platform really stands out over others and makes it thoroughly enjoyable and easy to use.

When you have hundreds of individual boards it can be a little difficult to locate certain ones, however this is similar across many platforms and if anything I think Monday.com organise it the best overall.

Monday.com allows simple organisation and great structure to laying out projects and tasks which I hasnt experienced to this level before.
Easy to use but thorough program
What do you like best about the product?
In this program you can make easy boards to make things overseeable but you can also make it very complex and complete yet still in an easy way. With minday everyone can program they own interfaces

We sometimes experience ratelimits which holds us back from being productive

Everyone has the right info at hand and monday is our main source of that. It's easy to read and we can give the right people the right permissions
