What do you like best about the product?
- Automation features allow the transition from manual task completion to fully automated processes
- Marketplace for third-party apps and widgets allowing to expand platform capabilities and automat processes
- Fast and stable mobile app
- Intuitive interface for first-time users
- Regular platform updates for relevant features
- Quality support
What do you dislike about the product?
- Pricing is steep but represents fair value delivered in terms of man-hours saved by automating processes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automates data collection from our customers via monday forms with email and text messaging reminders
- Automated data processing and safe keeping via automation
- Acts as a hub for multiple other platforms by gathering data via zappier, processing the data and automating tasks in other platforms
- Providing clear instructions with tasks to be completed to our remote volunteers

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to upload and share content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that tehere is nothing I don't lile about it. Maybe it would be better not tot receive e mail notifications when a notification comes from monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid information sharing and instant interpretation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of projects, lists and tasks at different levels. Lots of improvements are added. Constant development and great support. It is like an external brain :-) ideal if you have lots of things going on, whether you work on projects on your own or with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
no option for a 1 seat account with guest access (important if you are a one person business).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making sure I know where things are at! Keeping track of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is such a powerfull tool to organize data. It really helps to simplify worflow, specially with the forms feature etc.
I never needed the customer support from monday, because i never had major problems with the platform. There where some downtimes which always ended after a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
But there are so many good feature for an extra price. And thats really sad. Why arent you higher the prices for some packages and add some more features? that would be really awsome for the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefiting a lot with collecting data from customers for some tasks. the connection between the boards are very usefull, but could expand in the future to be more flexible. for example: connecting other elements from other boards to sub elements from a board.

What do you like best about the product?
We put all information about project and clients on Monday. I don't have te remember anything. So, don't ask me anything when I am on vacation. It is in Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection with your Google Calender can be better. I hope that in the future, change in my calender will be automatically in Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place your all our client information and project. I don't have to remember details by myself. My colleagues have access to information when I am on vacation, sick or not at the office.

The way you can easily customize everything
What do you dislike about the product?
The calculations (formula feature) have some restrictions, for example, it will only make calculation with values on the same row.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super useful to keep things organized and to run different reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the support. This team is just FANTASTIC - getting real help from people (not just AI) in a matter of seconds is something I appreciate really a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the biggest problem, I think, is connected to the email settings == not possible to connect any other email account than just gmail or outlook.
What I also see as a little minus are the paid features such as document creation, which, in my opinion, should be (at least some of them such as document creation) in the price included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially, data collection and document creation is now a piece of cake compared to issuing all the documents based on excel tables in, well, microsoft word.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday boards are the epitome of organization brought to us by from the brightest minds of the most innovative and creative people at their headquarters, and I am proud to speak highly of its userface and implementation. It's intuitive functioning coupled with superb organizational features make any task in any company a must as far as effeciency alone goes. They can be as simple as needed and as complex as needed. I work out of Monday.com daily throughout my entire shift, and without it, I could not accomplish what I have accomplished in my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexities of options offered can sometimes feel overwhelming but once you get the hang of it, you learn to scope out what you need. It is hardly a disadvantage, and more of an understanding of why its beneficial to use this service dilligently to fully understand its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes work tasks in a manner that is highly customized and personalized in a way that applies to any field.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about using the platform is that we can use it anywhere you are, it gives you immediate information and allows for good data management and great ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that the plan can only be contracted starting from 3 people and not from two or one, I think they are losing market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EASE IN ACTIVITIES, HAVE THE INFO AT HAND AT ANY TIME
