for architects - A lot of possibility, but not quite there.
What do you like best about the product?
I can collaborate with other team members, cloud base we can access the platform anywhere as long there is internet, easy for anyone to use and learn. it is very scalable, we can make use of it for simple tasks, or make it as complex as we can to create creative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
to some degree, some of the more complex solutions require a lot of time for us to invest. we understand that it has the capability and potential for complex solutions, but it does require a more technical skills to produce.
the function of uploading photos / images into the table does not exist! very surprising monday.com does not have it. for certain scheduling needs, still could not replace excel for certain functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an architectural practice and principal design consultants
we needed a common platform for work collaboration and task scheduling with other team members across multiple projects. We needed a platform that can provide these multiple solutions and a single point where other team members can use and refer to.

Overall a really great product
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really easy to use, the ability to create our own system is really helpful! There are so many ways to personalize the product to meet your needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations don't work in a way that feels natural. For example, if you mirror an email to another board you can't set up automations on the second board which hinders the process. Sub items are great but can be limited in their use-- Monday is working on this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday was able to personalize to our school better than Salesforce we are able to track teacher and student data, while making our school run more efficiently.

It's really easy to use and keep track of your work/tasks. It's great to be able to provide information with colleagues easily & efficiently

I find it's difficult to add automations sometimes. There are resources to help figure them out, but sometimes I don't have the time to do that

Monday.com finally gave us a clear view of every task our teams were working on.
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward. It isn't trying to be a database, AI, messenger hub, etc. We needed a platform where my project managers could populate boards with team members, projects, and tasks. We needed the dependencies to work and not need a degree to figure out. Monday.com just works and is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to upgrade I believe 1 or 2 tiers up in order to have private boards. I understand the incentive there but other platforms have private boards for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the CEO, I want to be able to open up a project board and see everyone involved, all the tasks and their statuses, and specifically if there are any delays. I want to see when the delay started and when it was resolved. Keeping our clients updated and happy is a key role I take very seriously so if something is slowing down, I need to know.

There is nothing wrong with Monday, it is very useful.

Monday is very intuitive and very easy to use. I personally like the design of the boards. My team uses the platform daily and it is an essential tool for us. It is also easy to create boards and add information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to filter tasks per assigned person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the hiring process and candidates' statuses. And so far, the AI feature has helped pointing out missed items as well.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com for scheduling my classes and integrating the zoom recording of the same. Comments can be added to every session taken place. Additional links/resources can be shared in various formats. Joining to my session on zoom can be done through monday.com.
Certain files/forms can be given limited access depending on your need.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel everything is good for me. Hoping to see to the same in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling the sesssions and integrating zoom recordings.
Easy and customizable UI for Project Management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new boards for Project Management, either through its wide range of customizable templates or from scratch. Also, monday.com allows you to create forms, workflows and automations with ease, which is simply the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations, such as Office 365, which are behind paywall. monday.com should provide these integration for free or have a similar alternative. Also, I'd like to have some functions such as Subgrouping, which isn't currently available at least in a Pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team track and collaborate on projects. Also, the ability to create data dashboards for projects makes it easier to analyse and benchmark the team performance.

Love this platform
What do you like best about the product?
Colorful, user-friendly and fun to use! it is very versatile with many layers of functionality, only limited by your imagination. Great, reliable product.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It just takes some time to learn all of the functionality, but is well worth the investment, and the help function and training manuals are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking multiple tasks and staff working on a project, makes it easy to track progress.
The Best Project Management Tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for one single place for all of my teams to stay connected, stay organized, and stay on task. I love the flexibility it has to fit department and individual level needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I really like the advancements their making with their work management product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of several parallel projects all at once, tracking our team's time spend on tasks for better resourcing, housing collaboration in one place, tracking progress on company intiaitives.
