Monday.com gives me a handle on my tasks and my team's tasks to help effectively plan my day
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily customize and tailor each table so I can record exactly what data I need in which order makes the most sense. My team members also love it, it's been very easy to get people on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great, but the automation processes can be a bit too time intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-profit we are always in a state of being under-resourced but with a very intense workload. Monday.com helps us keep track of everything in one place (no more multiple spreadsheets) and helps us understand what are the real priorities and make sure we are focusing our efforts where we'll get the most reward.
Awesome way to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to collaborate with different teams and manage a variety of different tasks/jobs. It's really simple to create tickets and have them automated to go where they need to be and assign them to the right person. I love that there is a log of when things were done so you can go back and check anything if there were any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything as it does everything that I need it to and a whole lot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team collaborate efficiently and effectively. It benefits us by saving us time and keeps a record of each step along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a great way to stay on track when many jobs are on at once. Keeps the whole team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new projects sometimes they move/rearrange too quickly before entering all of the details.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT STUFF!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us organised and consistent. Saves so much time as we don't have to look for our conversations and threads. The customer care is also extremely helpful and prompt. it's great to have multiple options to initiate conversation with them.

None so far. We have had a very pleasant experience!

I use Monday board for tracking project completion, and it does its job brilliantly.

Helps in organising project list better.

It feels like the user interface is heavy and consumes resources.

Monday helps to complete my projects on time and keeps me on track. I have not skipped any business deadlines because of Monday boards efficient tracking of timelines project wise.
It has a beautifully designed interface and straightforward usability.

If we can set up alerts on email and mobile numbers as well.
