The best platform on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing of Monday.com is the flexibility for working with diferente projects and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not cheap, specially for us, in Brazil. The gantt view could be mucho better, like other plataforma and workload could improve a lot too, without a limitação of projects, tô be able to work trully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us see the whole pictures, all the projects, whats to come, If we need extra people and helping with organizing and chating with client.
Keeps Team on Task!
What do you like best about the product?
Since adopting Monday we have found that our small team has improved efficiencies as well as communication across projects. We rely on Monday to keep us on task and to see, at a glance, what work we have on radar. Monday was really easy to use and after a few trials with other project management tools, this was by far the best choice for our organization. The different boards and group options make it easy to sort projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if people submitting requests could receive automations/updates. I know that is possible only if the requester has a seat on Monday. Most of our requesters don't have seats becuase they would never need to use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adds a way to keep everything regarding our projects in one plae with ability to tag team mebers when collaborating. We used to use a Google spreadsheet to manage our marketing tasks and it was horribly inefficient and not collaborative.
Very easy to use and love the organization and comunication I can have with my team

The layout is very easy to use with my team.

I would not change anything at the moment.

Monday.com works for project management and so much more
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so versatile that it can be used in all facets of work. I can use it for projects. I can create templates for repetitive tasks. I can create forms and surveys and then use those responses to automatically create a project. I can send automated reminders and updates to myself. It is rapidly replacing a lot of the applications I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is so powerful and has so many features that I worry I am only scratching the surface of its potential. I would like a forum where people could ask questions or assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large number of employees that I supervise that require regular meetings, audits and quality reviews. Monday.com makes these almost automatic. All I have to do is enter the data. I can share these boards with the employee and they can track their own progress.
Our organization regularly works on large projects involving many departments. Often we have long email chains and it's hard to find the important information. With Monday.com, everything is easily accessible to everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and efficiency of being able to see your task to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app for Monday.com is not as easy to navigate compared to the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of knowing what to do and when to do it by. This benefits me by not having to create a to-do list myself

5. Automate notifications and prevent change controls.

Some aspects that monday.com can improve are the following features:
1. Timesheets (Best way to keep control plan and real hours per worker)
2. It's not a must but would be great to have more herarchy levels on Gantt

Monday.com has been invaluable in helping me manage my team's projects and tasks (big and small)
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, storage, there don't seem to be a lot of limitations. Fairly straight-forward way to centrally manage/keep tabs on everything coming in for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to keep on top of everything we're posting and manage tasks, completion, due dates, etc. I think there's likely a better way to use Monday and clean up our instance, but the learning curve to get there seems steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a central repository of projects and tasks to be able to share collateral and give guidance and assign. And a central place for the conversation if any issues, questions.

I love the Automations, status, dependencies features

It does not have a serial number column that we can add.
