What do you like best about the product?
From the very start it was easy to use Monday. With everyday use anyone can become a Pro with it's numerous features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is some kind of dealy witch attachments, but a simple refresh of the page can solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes is dificult to know when a colleague is having trouble completing a task, with Monday the whole team is instantly updated regarding ongoing tasks, we can avoid delays and better manage our time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility, customization and how user friendly it is

Maybe it can be overwhelming at first for team members that are not familiar with PM tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love monday Work Management because it enables my team, spread across different locations and time zones, to stay connected and efficient, making collaboration as seamless as if we were all in the same room. I particularly appreciate receiving on-time notifications via email or directly on the phone app, which keeps me updated no matter where I am. The synchronization feature across devices makes the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The setup was completely easy and user-friendly, significantly reducing the time and effort needed to get accustomed to the system. I find these features incredibly valuable, allowing me and my colleagues to organize our work at our own pace while ensuring everyone is updated as things happen. As a result, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendability because it's so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a spell-checker available in French for when I need to translate and comment. This would help in ensuring my communication is accurate and professional, especially when working in a multilingual environment.

I use monday Work Management to stay connected with my team across different locations and time zones, ensuring efficient collaboration. The real-time notifications and syncing capabilities enhance our coordination and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Monday.com strictly for project management but after using, I now use it for nearly every aspect of running my department. I love the automations and how easy they are to implement. We now run our CRM, sales leads, equipment management, and project management exclusively on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique is that long time customers do not have access to the newest features. I feel this is a huge shortcoming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a minimum of 24 projects happening every week, often more. We were finding it impossible to keep track of where each project was in the process. Now not only can we see where everything is, we can run reports and have data to make critical business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?

I'm not quite sure what to include here because I fully enjoy using it and have encounted no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It is our single source of everything for a complex marketing workflow. We use it to manage every aspect of our work, and even use it to store invoices to track spend. It is SUPER easy to use, and we use this more than email and chat now. We were up and running in less than a week. Our team repeatly states we could not work without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was an integration to automatically post to LinkedIn. The social calendar is amazing to track our social posting calendar, but having to manually post to LI is one gap that we wish they would address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multple spread sheets, teams folder etc...Now we have ONE place to track, measure, support everything.
