Great Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We use this for project management, and just tracking every day tasks. The features are amazing, automations make life so much easier. We use across our entire company and implementing was seamless. Customer support (when we've needed them) has been increadibly helpful. For a product that we use on a daily basis, this product is incredibly simple and helpful to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the automations, and I'd like to see additional field types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized tracking of all projects and visibility across our team and integration with other departments.

for project management it's easy to define all the aspect of the project
very complete and intuitive.

Everything related to working with numbers, formulas, and automation isn't as robust as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for many things, from sending emails to clients and tracking projects to scheduling numerous tasks. The main benefit is that we can integrate it with other platforms like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, and it's also very easy for new team members to use.
Simplifying the Chaos
What do you like best about the product?
All my projects can live in the same place with all collaborators connected and steps outlined. It makes communication so simple and we use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as functional as I want it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to keep track of all communication in each stage of the process so that we can always look back at it for quick reference.
One Stop Shop for Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The most prominent feature of monday is its' versatility and ease of user experience. The functions make it easy to use daily and make it a part of our day to day tasks. The ability to drag and drop without having to sit through numerous pop up windows to complete a function made it an easy choice compared to the other competitors. Along with the option to customize each board to what works best with our business functions was key considering many other options require conformity rather than versatility. If there are any problems, the customer service staff has always exceeded our expectations by providing quick, thurough responses as well as video tutorials! Finally, it's so easy to train my team on how to use Monday so it make it easy to implement across departments and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we see with the program is dependence on external apps/software to complete some advanced, but much needed uses that other users create and charge versus making it a permanent feature within the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday.com is solving is our capacity analysis. As a start-up with a small team, it can be difficult to manage what everyone is working on at a given time. However, with Monday, we can easily see a quick snapshot of our days, weeks, months, etc. and effectively plan and collaborate the different initiatives we're chasing. Tracking our team's capacity is SO simple with Monday's tools and different viewing features like the capacity bubbles. Providing that visual for management to ensure tasks are spread evenly and that there are no slow or overwhelmed team players has made such a positive impact to our day to day interactions.
Efficient task tracker, and customizable for creating new systems.
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the customization and automation. I use Monday daily to simply track tasks, I can add new tasks, track progress, and keep an archive of completed tasks. But where Monday becomes really powerful is in the automation. Specifically with forms, automation, and emails. I have created multiple boards and forms inside Monday to work as stand-alone systems for our company. For example, I used forms to accept IT Tickets, the tickets would be added to my board with names, emails, and more. I then created automation to email the user ticket creation, progress, and completion.
A lot of the time I hear about how a co-worker is doing something and I see how I could optimize and make their work more efficient with just Monday alone.
Last week I had an issue with some permission missing and through customer support we were able to resolve the issue. It did take some time but the person on the live chat was nice and asked good questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The part I dislike about monday.com is the pricing to add team members when many of the team members would be better than just guests. I would love it if our entire company of about 40 people was on Monday and we used the system for everything, but as of now, it is not a price that would work for our team, where only two of us actually fully utilize the features and makes sense to pay for the accounts.
I would love to untilize more members into the system and have an enitre manager system, but for now I just use the system for myself and creating external forms.

We add a system to allow the boss to view invoice modifications through Monday. In the past, any invoice modifications would be done on paper and require people to write them out and physically bring them to the boss to then confirm or deny them. With Monday I was tasked on creating a way to digitalize this system. Using all sorts of Monday features starting with forms, linking multiple boards, and having the views only available to some people. I created a seamless and upgradable system to accept modification requests, accept them, and then finalize them all in Monday.

Easy way to manage and track all my tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and intuitive to set up task tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so easy to use that if you're not careful, everyone will have their own board and be tracking things in their own way rather than in a shared board.

Monday.com enables me to keep track of a multitude of tasks so nothing falls through the cracks, and helps us to collaborate as a team.
An amazing tool to streamline your operations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great addition to our business! We primarily use the project management tools and it was the only tool I could find that offered these components: Ease of use, Easy to read Visual Display, 3rd Party Integrations, and the ability to share the projects with outside stakeholders. Instead of only internal users with accounts, Monday allows us to send off our onboarding plans to our clients for live-review of the implementation at any point.
The first time we setup all of our tasks, it was beneficial to see how many steps we are actually performing for our clients. We have over 100 tasks for each onboard, and all this has been incorporated into our sales presentation. In essence, we pitch our ability to deliver our Marketing Implementations with Monday as a differentiator and value-add.
You won't go wrong by giving Monday a try!

What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion would be better mobile views of the sharable project workflows. Most people we share them with do not have the mobile app so a clean experience on mobile browser is paramount.
As an agency we would also like to see more options for Facebook Lead submissions in the future. Some custom fields are missing in the integration option. However this primarily only affects our reporting currently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We discovered key features with Monday once all of our tasks were mapped out in the progrma. It cut our typical onboarding from 3 weeks down to 1 week as the streamlining of each task is now within Monday. One simple click sends out pre-built emails to the stakeholders, including attachments or relevant links, and also activates specific team members to begin projects at the proper time.

Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very user friendly. I am using it a as document management system with multiple clients that I have added as guest users. They have all been able to easily jump in and use the system without requiring any assistance from me. I love the visual interface and the option to color code items based on the status. The setup was easy. I watched a couple of short videos and was otherwise able to set everything up without any assistance. I haven't needed to contact customer support. All of the training tools available have made it so I didn't need to contact customer support for any reason. I use the product almost daily. I haven't integrated the product with any other programs at this point, although it appears to be a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is that it has removed several hours of clerical work from my work flow process. I will now need to find something else to do with all of that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I request around 50 documents from about 10 clients. My old process was to email each client for a list of documents. The client would then reply to the email (multiple times) with the document requests. As I was requesting around 500 documents, that could result in 500 emails with attachments. Using Monday.com allows us to keep all of the information in one place with clear visability as to the status of each item. We can easily communicate within the platform without information getting lost in dozens of emails.
