Great platform for several applications in our business
What do you like best about the product?
There seems to be board formats and features for everything we project manage at CiG. Collaboration with outside organizations is also very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in Monday.com at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to collaborate, track and build project plans.
Great product for organization for business purposes
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using monday.com at my workplace and it has been super beneficial for organization within the shop! The automations are particularly helpful for keeping track of tasks, assigning items to different team members has been very helpful, and the integration between monday and gmail has been seamless. It was very easy to implement it with both new team members and those that have been here for years, and has become an everyday essential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally items or boards may take a while to load, but we have a LOT of boards and different things going on between them, so it is to be expected from any program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has allowed us to separate orders by department and create different automated tasks for each department. Within the company it has improved communication between departments and whether or not all pre-production tasks have been completed before the production team is ready for it. It also allows for better scheduling, as the time tracking allows us to estimate how long each order will take to complete and schedule them accordingly by day.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for tracking projects and activities. Enoy having various dasboard views. It has become a regular tool that I use daily for stating on top of projects and staying on top of my workload. Very easy to collaberate with others on my team as well as co-workers and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would really like to see a feature where you can easily link directly to other boards available to you. Not just link columns betweeen boards, just a one button link to a related board without it opening in another browser or tab.
Its great that there is 3rd party support and an active community that develops relateable apps and feaures. But I feel like some of these features should be developed in house and not be additional subscriptions and costs.

Monday has streamlined my work and simplified my daily task.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the live updates that sync across my board and my team's, making collaboration seamless. I use Monday daily and really appreciate how customizable the boards are to fit different workflows. The colors are friendly and inviting, and I especially enjoy the fun touch of confetti when completing a task as it adds a little extra motivation. When I started my current role, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the onboarding process was with Monday. The customer support team is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, the ease of integration was a major highlight for me and made the transition to Monday incredibly enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Monday. It is very easy to use and makes my work task go by faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easier for us to communicate updates about our residents and day to day activities. The real-time responsiveness allows us to address tasks and needs immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have items and subitems assigned to different colleagues and track the progress on those tasks, so I use it for my weekly trackers.
It also integrates well to gmail and slack, which is great because you dont need to be monitoring the platform but instead you get the notification of a task assigned in other platform. Also, you can automate the subitems assigned to a certain process so you dont need to manually create the subitems or task, they are automatically assigned.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the subitems get duplicated and you need to erase them manually. if you have all the platforms linked (gmail, slack) you will get a bunch of notifications everiday at the same time in monday, slack, gmail at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we put our business yearly plan on monday and my manager can assign task for me and algo monitor my progress without texting me or having meeting about it, since i can put note, different labels of progress, customize columns, etc.
we use it for our weekly trackers so my manager knows what im doing duing the week, my progress or if i need help with some items.

Monday.com is perfect as a project management tool we need
What do you like best about the product?
I like how items can be assigned visually to people. The tasks can follow a direct path from board to board and custom automations can be created based on status change.
What do you dislike about the product?
limits on board size and API integrations are clunky. They need some attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several hundred projects ongoing at any one time with new ones coming and old ones going out. A team of close to 50 people all work inside of monday.com managing projects end to end.
Get workspace to keep team engaged.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it is a collaborative tool. Customizable layers to to team engaged and on task. It is very easy to use and adapt to your business needs. There is a message board, an interactive lists, notifications via email and on app. Easy to use in app, web, and desktop. It stays on open all day as an interactive tool for team ptojects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives abouot the program.Our team has used it for years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to have person dependent and limited excel documents tto track its and have numerous chats about items all elements are in one space and workflows can be tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday daily to keep all of our jobs organized. It makes it so easy to have all the information needed in one place. Very customizable too for anything you can think of!

The only downside i can think of is if you are too reliant on the program and their server goes down or seomthing!

monday.com helped our Elder Law and Estate Planning law firm's client intake process go from a tedious copy/paste mess to a simple form that's filled out while we're on the call with the potential client then a click of a button to get the ball rolling. With the assistance of Zapier, it talks seamlessly back and forth with our legal CRM product, Clio.
In addition to getting the intake process streamlined, it has helped us track matters and cases that would get lost in the shuffle with paper files (which we unfortunately still have to use due to our area of law). We know what's where, what stage the matter is in, and what's up next for the client.
Getting up and running with monday.com was super simple. Training on the product is easy and the amount of videos for self-paced training is superior. Our staff has a great understanding of the product and are looking forward to more and more uses for the platform.
We use monday.com on a daily basis multiple times a day and we would be at a standstill without it.
Customer service has always been super responsive and easy to get a hold of. And the monday.com community boards have been a lifesaver when we're needing help with some more advanced automations and integrations.
I HIGHLY recommend monday.com for all law firms - you don't know what you're missing if you don't have it or at least demo it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that are lacking, but are in the pipeline according to monday.com. When it come to automations, they're kind of rigid even when using a custom one. The automation templates don't always fit our needs and a lot of pre-built board templates just don't work for us. I know that monday.com has to have a broad spectrum of templates, but I think that they're missing a big segment when it comes to law firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client intake was the main driver for us to start using monday.com. When we saw how it could help us with that tedious process, we were immediately sold. It speeds up things and automates so many tedious and repetitive processes we had to do in the past.
