What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's optimal design makes it simple to load documents in any format into task cards, allowing us to quickly sort through vital information. The task prioritization tool allows us to emphasize the most important topics, ensuring that we focus on them first. It provides interactive progress tracking via visual dashboards that update the status of tasks in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "expand group" function might be confusing, particularly in complex projects with lots of subtasks. This slows down the review of particular data by making it difficult to move quickly between different levels of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through shared dashboards, it has provided us with extensive visibility into our schedules and responsibilities, enabling team members to be informed of projects expectations and advancement. Now we can create status reports and monitor performance more easily thanks to the automatic reporting feature.

What do you like best about the product?
One of its useful features is the ability to create and customize CRM templates for tracking leads and prospects in detail. Coordinating around everyday tasks is made possible by integrated communication with team leaders via mentions and comments. Through direct connectivity with Google Docs, we can link to important papers straight from the dashboard, making it easier to view and refer to important data without switching between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some linked files from Google Drive might occasionally be difficult to view, particularly PDF files. This can cause delays in document review and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhancing our sales lifecycle management has been made possible with Monday.com. Real-time tracking and updating of each lead is now simple thanks to the integration of all of our contacts and sales possibilities into individualized dashboards. Simplifying the process of creating and reviewing contracts and proposals has been made easier by the integration with Google Docs.

What do you dislike about the product?
One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the management of guest users. It would be helpful to have more granular control over their permissions and access levels, ensuring that external collaborators can participate effectively without compromising sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very user friendly and simple project management application. Every article and the relevant job owner is clearly listed. It is easy to track the progress and quick to update or make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was an easy way to implement data analytics so it would be possible to track performance without needing to log into the web content management system or relevant social media pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several updates have resolved minor bugs and issues previous versions had. I have not experienced the bugs or issues in question.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very reliable; we have not encountered any significant malfunctions. It is quick and intuitive to set up and update cells with important data, which improves the accuracy of tracking sensitive data sets like quotes and timetables. Simply put, Monday.com offers an extensive tool set that lets us see all of our staff, projects, plans, and calendars in a macro perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that has disappointed us thus far, it's a tool we want to use for a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our approach to managing resources and setting priorities for every work has been greatly aided by the use of Monday.com. Regarding the latter, the inter-task dependencies feature has improved our ability to prioritize our most crucial tasks. By centralizing all of our communications in one location, Monday.com makes it simpler to monitor and gather client feedback.

All are good till I'm not facing any descrepancesy

Our bigest problem is we need to maintain daily excel sheet for all task status pending complete and in process then send to manager seprately , now we everything in the same portal and same page any one can track the task status and get the report and so many tools chart graphics are availble .

User-friendly and helps in Collaboration.
Fantastic use of task scheduling, and tracking task ,can be assigned to one team member.
Allows Collaboration between multiple members in a project is outstanding and easy with Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com provides endless way for me to communicate important information throughout my company.

No Frills but high power, I love Monday.com.

I enjoyed how customizable it was,and it definitely made life easier.
Monday.com was a game -changer for our company.
