Excellent workflows and customization!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed us to customize workflows to fit our specific needs and become more collaborative and productive. The user friendly platform makes it easy for anyone to be able to build boards, customize and create automations. Game changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, however, further customization of subitems would be great. We have seen many enhancements over th epast couple of years though and realize Monday is always adding additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, tasks were needing to be managed in spreadsheets and collaboration was done over email. Having these capabilities in one central location with the ability to quickly review past comments and edits has made our processes quicker and less time consuming.
It's the perfect project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we're able to distinguish between the smallest of details and how it gives you the option to play around it by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs when you look at it - sometimes it can get a little overwhelming and there is a lag at times as well. But the pros outweigh these fairly smaller cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving a major problem of project management - it's got constant reminders, you can set as many as you want. Managing projects, especially across different teams and departments, can be complex and chaotic without a centralised systemn and this makes it a whole lot easier.
Easy to use workflow system!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday allows for cross functional working and we use it daily across each of our departments. The automations are fantastic and it is online so anyone can access at any time. there is full visability where needed.
If ever we need help, I love that monday staff are there on hand to solve any queries.
its very easy to use, rather intuitive, it makes oversight of opur projects very clear

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations I would like in addtion to the great ones already there. I would also like to be able to mass delete notifications, I get hundreds a day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project planning ability is excellent, you can see what stage a project is at and who is responsible. There are timers and reminders to help keep everyone on track
Great Account Management Tool!!!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it is easy to use and implementation was quick and fairly painless. Monday allows our team to manage 10+ accounts, with several team members on each account. We use it everyday and really manage our business with all of the great features. When we do have issues, customer support has been very helpful and very quick is helping us getting them solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not something that I dislike, but we love My Work and would like to see more functionality and flexibility from that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to see if we are falling behind on a project or task before it becomes a problem. We can then dedicate additional resources if needed. It also allows us to see how busy each of our team members really is, and we can move things around to accomodate if necessary.
Pleasant look, easy handling, many options and types of organization possible
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of updating exchanges, the personalization of notifications, the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in terms of automations (which seem to be able to be resolved by third-party applications) Otherwise, not really any drawbacks or unnecessary elements, it all depends on the use one is looking to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better ability to track ongoing tasks and projects
So efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love to being able to store all clients info in one spot and the ability to transfer all that to the next project. Our non-profit uses the same vendors and exhibitors over our several annual events and this makes contacting and keeping track a breeze. It also works great to or in-house task organization and completion. Everyone can view what's going with a few clicks. It's a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing I don't like. It's wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of keeping track of our clients and assigning tasks to committee members.
Monday.com - Engancing Worklow Efficiency and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com for managing workflows such as updating campaigns, recommending content write-ups, uploading designs and graphics, sourcing content, and organizing it under different categories. It has made it easy for me to track all major workflows on one platform, keep my task updates current, and stay on target to achieve my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did face some difficulty initially with the frequent emails for every single update happening on Monday.com. However, with continuous use, I discovered the feature to turn off the frequent notification updates. So, I'm good with it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a daily basis, I perform various tasks such as sourcing content, which I upload to Monday.com in different categories, recommending social media content strategies and write-ups, which I also upload to Monday.com for review, updating collaborations, and uploading graphics and designs through the attach files column on Monday.com. Overall, it helps me maintain every document in an organized manner and keep track of the current status of every task by just clicking on one platform.
monday.com keeps me sane and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I've brought Monday.com to three different companies now. Two of those companies were consulting firms, and the tool was adopted across the enterprise because of its ease of use, the features available, the ease of integrating into current systems, and the list can go on. The company I'm at now uses it in our PMO org, and I use it for employee engagement project management. The reminders, automation, and color-coding are my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the one downside is that I can't export to a PDF or PNG. It only allows for Excel export, which doesn't always translate how the board has been set up, especially with sub-items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a place to have one source for information, rather than random spreadsheets that sometimes allow for collaboration and sometimes require you to download a copy just to work on it. Being web-based makes it so easy to access anywhere. I've been on a road trip and had to use my mobile device to edit a board. It was so much easier than having to fish for my laptop.
Great for individual and team organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for project and campaign management. I love how you can easily create timelines for projects, assign tasks, and create automations to remind team members of upcoming deadlines. It takes a lot of tedious reminding out of the equation. I also love how customizable Monday is. If you can think it, Monday can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the calendar view was a bit more intuitive when adding projects and tasks. I would prefer that when you click on a specific date to add a task, that Monday would auto-generate that date for the due date instead of requiring you to enter the date then again. It would speed up the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all projects and timelines in one place for our team is great. It is so easy to add and update projects within the platform and keep everyone on the team on track.
A versatile tool that can wrap around any process. Customisation, notifications and simplicity.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com everyday in my current role. Monday.com is a very intuative product, i firmly believe you can be very competent in configuration and capabilities in a short period of time. They have found a way to make even some of the more technical aspects (formulas and notification sending) simple. I am confident that if you need to address an issue from a business perspective then Monday has a way of doing it. The various views that can be created on the same board mean each team can see the information that is importent to them. The automations allow simple and complex workflows to be configured, as there are templates this is made very easy. Different functions within an organisation can have different workspaces and manage these independently, making it a very good enterprise level option. Normally this level of configuration being available to the user is managed through some sort of process or helpdesk, on Monday you are able to do it yourself. The export capability is also very good for a front end that is so configurable.
From an implementation perspective, it really is a switch on and go for it mentality. There are board templates you can use but there is also the capability to build your boards from fresh. There is plenty of materials to support you in doing so. Customer support has always been fairly easy to access, i am normally pointed in the right direction or a call arranged with second line support in a short space of time. I should say this happens rarely as i am normally able to find a solution myself. Off the shelf, Monday.com offers a number of integrations (including with JIRA which works very well), you can also embed and work on google documents in the product itself, which is very useful and saves you having multiple tabs open in your browser.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, i'd ay sometimes there isn't a direct route to be able to achieve what you would like. It does require a little problem solving to get to a solution but it always seems possible. The teams i've worked with have always been happy to provide suggested solutions giving the advantages/disadvantages of using each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Monday.com there was very little visibility of project progress across stakeholders. The commenting capability and gantt output have really helped improve this across the function. We struggled with product roadmaps and also time reporting, these have now improved quite signifcantly. The enhanced visibility has helped reduce noise and give clear direction to our projects, a single source of truth has made it far easier for myself to get everyone on the same page.
