What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can build out tasks, subitem, and how different boards come together on MyWork. I also like the expanded features of my work
What do you dislike about the product?
No real-time chat feature. Keeping up with messages feel combersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is forcing my company to consider details in planning and structuring everything out so we can all see it.

Essential piece of project management

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility, the user-friendly way I can organise projects and keep on top of all the moving parts in my work. It is an essential piece of kit for my day-to-day work, juggling many projects at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really cannot fault it at present! It's perfect for my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, I have lots of moving parts to juggle. Monday allows me to keep track of them all, and then leverage the experiences into smoother delivery and execution when project tasks are repeated.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in both initial setting up and training colleagues to use. Boards can be quickly set up and then adapted/ improved as users start to use the system. It is easy to create forms for both internal and external use and simple automations are very easy to set up. Using external Integrations such as Make or Zapier can help boost the system into a powerful CRM tool, making the most of Webhooks to manipulate data into a large web of other systems including MS365, Twilio, Whatsapp, Jotform and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails & activities could be improved as it can lag at times. Though the tech support team have been quick to look at resolutions. To make the most of all developed features, higher level of package (and cost) is required. Some of the automations require long-winded work arounds, though using Integrations such as Make.com or Zapier can easily help to overcome this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped improve efficiency across our business and allows quick verification of data. We can also easily spot human error and the activity log can pinpoint where errors are made so that increased awareness or training can be directed to the right person. The date column reminders are particularly useful in ensuring compliance is met without risk of missing due dates.

Perfect Platform for Visual Organization

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person. It helps me to see on a board what's in play and what needs to be accomplished. I like the intuitive layout, color system, and abiltity to drag and drop things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools it's going to take awhile to learn them all. A bit of a learning curve that requires time and thought to maximize. Not a bad thing! Just for time-pressed professionals, a tutorial would be key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a content calendar system that I can track easily visually and through alerts.

- Easy to use and highly customizable user interface
- Can create a group for similar types of projects on one board
- Can attach large files on main and subtask cards
- Efficient advanced filters
- Efficient quick search feature
- Can be integrated on Slack, tags/mentions notify on Slack
- Update feed feature allows me to see updates from other team members quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
- Limited text formatting in the comment box (it would be great if we could italicize, bold, or underline when typing in the comment box)
- Can't easily drag tasks from one group to another
- Can't create a subitem above (only below)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the main project/task management tool we use at work. We're an e-commerce agency and we collaborate with several teams for each project remotely (e.g., brand, creative, compliance, and designers). Monday allows us to efficiently divide a big project into small tasks and assign a specific person from a specific team to work on them. I also love that we can attach large file sizes to the subtask cards. All team members can review everything in one place. Best of all, we can easily see an overview of the status of the project with just one glance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because of the ability for me to track the progress easily and better than these other apps I have used. This app has saved me time due to all the functions Monday.com offers with the app. Ease of Implentation was great. I use this software every day. It integrates with so many other apps I use so everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me from not working on a project that fell through the crack. I am able to stay on top of my many projects.

Upgraded Excel Spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is awesome, I use it everyday. It is so much easier to track projects, items, tasks, events, etc and to get everyone on the same page with status relating to projects. A few of my Monday.com boards are essentially upgraded spreadsheets that are much easier to digest and automatically send out reminder email to myself and my team. I have been very happy with using Monday.com and recommend it to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one problem I have experienced with Monday.com is that they don't integrate well with Typeform. They have a basic integration, but it does not allow for all of their question types (for example multiple choice, which is very common to use). I had to stop using Typeform which I love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle conference attendance and cost tracking. Monday.com has helped me track expenses, shipping, material development & more better than before. Now that I have a large conference board, dashboard, and dates etc inside Monday.com, I no longer stress or worry about missing anything because I have automations set up to remind me if tasks have not been completed by a certain date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to import pre-existing data from spreadsheets that I have already created.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have a limited though it is many number of columns available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can remotely manage a large amount of projects and processes. We can also gather reports to help manage our people and our production. The organization and data are key to keep ing a remote team producing in high numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a place where data and documents are stored, project status is updated, tasks are assigned, and it is all recorded for future versatile reports. It is a central location that keeps everyone accountable to their responsibilities while simultaneously automating communications! It even has the capacity to share a space with other departments within the agency for an exchange of information, ideas, and approvals. Monday has become a part of our daily routine, and all our work is sustained by it, we would not be able to function remotely or efficiently without it. Forms are also a huge benefit to intake request from purchases to human resource application such as time tracking. Very self-explanatory and all is archived and recoverable if anything is mistakenly deleted by new or clumsy users. It integrates seamlessly with other applications such as BOX, DocuSign, and SharePoint. We love our Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has technical issues, it will be inaccessible for significant periods on random days, takes a while to load documents and boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Monday for remote communications and workload tracking, it has benefited us in assuring timely processing and knowing when and where aide is required.
