Great way to keep organized both individually and as a team
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily use this as a team to know what projects are coming up, dates due, and the status of not only each project but the various elements within the project. It is very helpful when multiple people are working on different aspects of a project to know the status of each part, timeline, order of events, and what has been completed vs. what is still a to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are many items on a board sometimes hard to find what you are looking for if you dont know the title to search for (bc you didn't create the initial item)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the status of various elements of a project, but also where that project sits within the great team to know we are working in tandem globally.
Helpful with workflow automations, reminders, status notifications.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations features- eliminates redundant manual tasks and allows my team to work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see Monday eventually incorporate some time of billing or quickbooks sync feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations features allow us not not miss deadlines, and ensure everything is received that is needed to complete a project.
I love the simplicity of the boards for tracking purposes and accountability.

limited visability of notes added to each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a central location to organize events and projects and tasks associated with those events and projects, inspiring accountability and teamwork.

What do you like best about the product?
- As a dev I love that they've made their API available, it's allowed us to integrate Monday into our own internal systems.
- The dev forums have proved really helpful for support.
- From a project management point of view we love how easy it makes planning time and assigning tasks. We use it every day for all of our various projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Personally, I hope they keep working on their API, and some of the 'under-the-hood' features that aren't quite there. For example; our most used feature is time-tracking, and I've found it fiddly to work with. The big upgrade in January did really improve things, and looking forward to that momentum continuing :)

Time tracking is especially important to us, as it feeds into our internal software. We use this to automate our client billing & generate timesheets for our devs. It also helps with HR & workload management.

The boards and all the aspects you are able to filter and categrorize to your needs

Certain features are missing like the ability to change statuses back to N/A or clearing dates all at once. Instead you have to go one by one

Sometimes it gliches and would like more documentation regarding setting up the integrations.

Simplicity. The UI makes it all really easy to design a format to track the progress of all the projects coming through our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar/timeline feature doesn't quite lineup with how we'd be able to use that feature to make it useful.

All my projects can be in one place with all the details, dates, and information collected during a project to stay up to date and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Real time information, so the team can review or comment on the process. The Ability to customize the board to fit the needs of the task we are tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to delete my Attachements or Entery. A warning would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Team members can log on to the board and see progress, notes or information added. Anything added will trigger an email so if you are not logged in you will still be informed.
