A great tool for a wide variety of workflow processes

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Monday is how super flexible it is. Pretty much every department in our company uses it for a wide variety of workflows, and it doesn't feel like it's being shoehorned in to work. We also greatly value the automation (include webhooks and integrations with Make.com). So much of our business processes need to communicate with multiple backoffice tools, and Monday makes it easy to do. Also, their customer service has always been very responsive and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With flexibility comes complexity. Monday has done a pretty good job of trying to keep it simple, but it's hard to do with a tool that does so much. We've also had some issues in the past with delays between updating something via APIs, and visiblity of it in the UI (and vice versa).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many projects and efforts going on all at once. Monday's "pulses" allow us to keep track of the progress of each of them, as they work their way through our workflows. There are other tools that can do this, but the flexibility and integrations make it stand out.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to segment everything I am in charge of into separate entities to keep track of everything I need to do, and everything my team needs to be doing. Getting set up is easy, and learning to use all of the features it offers is very intuitive. I use this everyday to make sure all of our work is getting done in a timely manner, and we also keep track of our weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-anual goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There´s not much I don´t like about monday.com For what my team and I use it, it has been an incredibly helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves for us is, since we are a start-up, there´s always so much work that needs to get done, and before we used monday, we would discuss what needed to be done, but inevitably be sidetracked into doing a lot of small things that are not as important to the end goal as the steps we had discussed. Using monday.com allows us to set very specific projects, tasks and timelines that need to be followed and completed before moving on to anything else, as well as allowing me as an administrator to make sure people are following the guidelines and getting the most important work done first and foremost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy it is to use, without sacrificing its beautiful interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, it freezes a bit, but nothing too annoying.

It has helped me avoid forgetting important tasks and also to stay organized so I can get them done.

What do you like best about the product?
The 'my work' section makes it clear and easy for me to stay on top of my deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish tasks could be due across numerous days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me know when sequential tasks are complete so i can complete my section. Allows me to deliver my work on time. Allows me to manage work load and expectations with my team by showing them what my daily deliverables are.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the boards. It is user friendly and easy to read also
What do you dislike about the product?
I think monday.com is great but needs some changes. Customer support should have a phone number to talk to also instead of just emailing chat. Emails and activities has gave us some troubke to find how to track it and customer support hasnt given me a correct answer. It shows on their end but not mine so they are no help. Also the app is a little weirdly layed out and needs an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are not solving problems for us.

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com has a project management system for a communications agency, and it was very easy to implement and our team was able to pick it up relatively easily due to the simple format and intuitive features. So far, it has really suited our needs and improved our workflow and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if monday.com had a 'back' or 'undo' button, instead of having to go into the activity log. A lot of the features also cost additional money, and it would be nice if more were built in. Lastly, we would need to bump up our subscription to get a dedicated rep and more customer support would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization of tasks and work flow. we especially like the version tracking feature for documents!

Perfect for the all around team

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized monday.com allows my team to be. We are easily able to check resourcing and who is assigned to what, as well as to customize each board to make sense for the team. I have used other platforms but always recommend this to others looking. This platform works for all members of the team, not just development, pms, or design. It is also incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe with monday.com is that you cannot color code rows/columns on a sheet. I believe this has been submitted for future improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com as our project management tool as well as for organization management. It has helped with client communication and keeping track of timelines.

Skeptic at first, one year later I am a convert

What do you like best about the product?
I was initially skeptical that monday.com was necessary for our tiny editorial team, but after using it for a year I can say now that I am a big fan. I appreciate how it keeps us organized: All conversations about a work in progress can be done through Monday's internal messaging platform, so no more searching emails, gchat, LinkedIn etc for an old conversation. I also appreciate how we were able to customize it to suit our needs and fit our production process, so adopting Monday.com was very smooth. We didn't so much have to learn how to use Monday, we worked with a consultant who learned how we worked and adapted Monday to fit out needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find higher ups reluctant to get on board with Monday! I don't know why that is the case but my message is just start using it and you'll see how intuitive it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking articles from assignment to publication to being promoted on our social media accounts; keeping conversation threads organized, providing an overview of where we are with each piece at a glance.
