Great product with robust functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com, I love how the organized I can be with the product. I am very type A and love that I can color code everything. I love being able to filter things appropriately and see only what I need at a certain time. I have mainly used Monday.com for project management and it has been really helpful to have a tool that can be shared broadly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time for training on all of the things Monday.com can do because there are so many features I don't think I am using this to it's full capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with other teams and the ability to have a neat track record of work and an easy way to share documents and projects.
Slow start that leads to more use and trust in the Monday.com environment.

It is a little too colorful in my opinion
There are a few too many buttons and options around the table. Could be made easier on the eye.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance! We have teams that are scattered accross a few different countries. It's needed to have us all in the same environment discussing a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it can be to collaborate with other teammates cross-functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
While relatively easy to get started, maximizing efficiency can take a while for new users and make integration challenging across departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for cross-functional collaboration on projects without tons of emails and allows for all meeting notes and information about a project to be linked in one place.

The amount of features, ease of implementation and ease of use for members.

There isn't much really, I enjoy everything though reporting can add a few things.

Getting a team of 50+ people organized with big pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the most user friendly softwares on the market right now. Besides its beautiful UI, it is super easy for anyone in the company to use and I love how it tracks the progress of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customer help can take a bit to get back if there is an issue. But thankfully our company hasn't had to reach out much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team have one place where everything is stored. Anyone can log in and see the status of certain projects, what has been approved, etc. I also love the comments and tagging option.

The user-friendliness - anyone can pick up the basics in minutes!

It would be great if it could integrate with Raisers Edge NXT.

We are a small team with a huge portfolio - monday.com helps us get the most out of our time, and stops us letting things fall through the cracks. It's so easy to make sure the entire team is on the same page with this software.
monday.com is intuitive, user-friendly and robust - ideal for sales teams across any industry.

Does not automatically backup your boards in case of critical errors

Quickly create new boards for new exercises and projects - necessary for a new young dynamic sales industry
Incredible tool for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
My two favorite aspects are the automations and filtering abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still lacks the full capabilites of an excel or google sheet when it comes to large numerical sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations and notifications are incredible. It integrates well with other platforms as well such as slack and email which is critical to our entire ecosystem working together.

What do you like best about the product?
As a designer I'm a visual person, so... me the best thing is to be able to have clarity about my day-to-day tasks graphicaly, measure the time it takes to complete a task and to be clear about the due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that dislikes me is that the status of the tasks usually changes languages constantly and although I'm a bilingual it's strange for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves my problem regarding task and time management of the team I work with. It benefits me by being able to have control of my time and how I manage it.
Monday has taken the headache out of managing client projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a game changer for our business. We use it in just about every part of our business. From managing customer projects as a team to time tracking individule projects, it feature rich and keeps entire projects all in one place. One feature we really like is that we can invite our clients to our project boards which makes collaboration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using Monday. It's a brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a design agency it solves the problem of fragmented collaboration. Our whole team and our clients can, with ease, collaborate on a project with everything all in one place at the click of a mouse.
