A revolutionary project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all my tasks very simply and that every day. I can also collaborate very easily with the rest of my team. The various additional tools like forms allow us to gather everything on a single board, it's very practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update thread is a bit intrusive since everyone has access to all your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track project tasks in real-time with the entire team is a time saver

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides clear, easy-to-build dashboards that can be shared amongst teams to manage multiple projects at once. Some products take a long time to learn and are difficult to get leadership buy-in, but the product is straight forward and can be adapted specifically to your business that it was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to have the same column fields for a set of boards, which forces you to use separate boards for, in our case, the same type of work but with different project phases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team that collaborates on up to 100 client projects at any one time. Monday allows us to share instant updates, track progress and measure our sales targets in one program. It has been a huge help in teaching junior team members how to manage their workloads and prioritize projects.
Monday.com makes my life easier and keeps all my proyects organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user friendly. It makes it easy to keep track of where we are with small proyects for our legal, operations, and sales teams. Having the option to export any of the boards we are working on, is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything that dislike, but I miss the "Info boxes" tab which allowed me to keep archived and current files segregated and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team provides supporto to all areas of the company, and as a result we always have a wide variety of proyects going on, and Monday helps me keep an eye on everything. I can see what each team member is working on, what areas need more support, how many proyects have been completed, how many are still on the works, etc.
Most cost effective CRM/Task Manager system
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Great CRM for a great price

Some needed features require installing 3rd party apps.

We use as our CRM, and to track tasks.
Excellent tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and rarely does any downtime occur. Its mobile app is also impressive. We also enjoy the integration and features that help us connect with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we have noticed is that the automation setting can be a little tricky making us have to start the automation process in a new board from scratch.

Monday is great at helping our team stay organized by filtering out options so it makes things easier to find or keep track of. I enjoy using it to also keep track of what projects have been closed and need something as a reference.
From project management to an entire work ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a project management tool that would make our daily routine easier. Starting with the creation of a few boards, we quickly moved on to integrating up-to-date tools such as email and drive folders. We are still struggling to find a balance between increasing the workspace and ease of use. But customer support is really helping us design our own work ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest difficulty is forcing the tool to work as a bunch of static Excel files that do not correlate with each other. Sometimes automations are not so easily possible, nor is creating a simple and useful dashboard to capture important project data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was to find an easy way to manage multiple development projects in different teams without spending a lot of effort on tool management. Despite some initial misconfigurations, we eventually found a way to create custom boards where we could collect project data with little time investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very designable for your own preference which makes it 10x better!

Running out of space for additional boards.

It helps me stay on track with my tasks and be aware of what other people in my team are working on, in real-time.
There are several options to add automations to a lot of items which really make my life easier and I can also make sure to never miss on an update or a deadline again!

There is nothing that I dislike about this tool.

I can easily track items, sub items and also be aware of the different dependencies.
Automations help me keep track on my tasks and milestones.

Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use platform with so many different variaties to customize and manage our daily systems. We use Monday daily and our entire team uses it. Learning about new features is also easy with all the instructions provided and mondays social media account is very helpful with tips and tricks. Monday as a whole is very efficent, easy to use and teach to new peoople and amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much i dont like, its a very solid platform for us. Sometimes i see there is a lag or a glitch when i search a word that is really popular across all of our boards, but usually its not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a commercial insulation company that gets alot of leads sent to us and with monday we are able to organize each project and their details, we are also able to make any changes quickly and easily. We also use it for organizing our jobs won and what stage it is within our company. So we are able to use it for a big chunk of our process. It eleiminates losing track of due dates, special details, etc that could lose us jobs.

Monday.com has been transformational for our team in terms of managing projects, calendars, costs and workflow!
I feel like I only harness about 10% of what Monday.com is capable of, but even utitlizing the basics has helped me to become so much more organized and on-track!

What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are SO many capabilities within Monday, it can be hard to know where to start! I was lucky enough to have inherited boards that already had commands/actions attached to them and that had all of the columns and items I would need for our team's use. But if I hadn't, it would've been very overwhelming to just start from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works on several projects at a time, and as the team's project manager, Monday helps me to keep track of all of our deliverables, projects, stakeholders, budgets, etc. -- all in one place!
