Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday for all of our internal communications and project management. We couldn't work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We enjoy all aspects of monday. The only thing we dislike is the occasional outages that happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its providing us with a way to comunicate about all of our projects on a weekly basis.
Monday helps keep track of everything
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is the personalization. You can make any kind of column, select any kind of colors, just everything is very customizable to keep it fun and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet discovered anything that I do not like about Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps everyone on the same page. We can all see the boards with or without someone present, can pick up where someone left off, can check statuses, it really just keeps everything in check for what we do as a business.
Get organized in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create multiple boards and keep all documents in one place. You don't have to share everything with all people either! However, you can upload documents so people can view and add their own. This is excellent to help you stay organized. I use this for recruiting/HR and asset tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing so far I wish I could do differently is to create multiple boards in different formats on one page. If this is possible, I haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We apply for various licenses for our security company. License tracking and other asset tracking (firearms), business licenses, vehicles. I can change the status of pending licenses for employees and add managers of projects to each dashboard. Very easy to duplicate boards and workspaces as well if creating another with the same criteria!
Great organisational tool to manage your day to day workload
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily assign tasks to my team and keep on top of what needs to be done by certain time frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a page that i can click on as a manager and look at any outstanding tasks clearly laid out in my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to manage my team a lot easier, i am able to easily assign tasks and keep on top of ongoing projects.
Easy to use and actually helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com every day for managing my project portfolio, and I genuinely enjoy the experience. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, and its integration with tools such as Jira makes tracking projects effortless. It’s very user-friendly and works well for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use subitems, I notice that the board tends to run a bit more slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool supports portfolio management by providing an at-a-glance overview for all interested parties. It also facilitates collaboration with stakeholders and automates previously manual workflows, making project oversight and teamwork more efficient.
Good for tracking SaaS product life cycle from a start up
What do you like best about the product?
Ownership tagging, deadline reminders and notification system on items.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of a user/team error, but working in big teams, sometimes too many new boards get started and people dump everything into it rather than concising their tasks into existing boards.

Essential project management partner
What do you like best about the product?
Real time collaboration across multiple projects, with multiple people, and specific sharing settings so our clients can participate only where appropriate
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could create & update a template where every board created based off that template would also receive updates (e.g. Board 1 created from my template, if I add new items/subitems to the template then Board 1 is automatically updated to also have those items). We do a lot of the same project over and over and I really need this automation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me understand the capacity of my colleagues, project where we will be busy or have downtime, and track if tasks are happening on time to be able to provide real-time updates to clients when they ask about the status of their projects. The transparency and collaboration elements are groundbreaking for us.

- It applies to different industries: catering, entertainement, hospitality, insurance, tech, healthcare
- It applies to many domains: HR, Finance, Leal, Operational, Project Management, Support, Admin, IT....
- No coding experience required - very simple and colorful
- Extremly flexible
- Very visual
- Automations
- Integration with tools aloredy in use
- Import and export with Excel and and export with pdf
- Difference view : Calendar, Ganntt, Kaban
- Good for operational and high level strategic
- Cost is low compred to getting 5 differents software
-Amazing for small compagnies

- Customer support is not the best
- The self help pages keep changing I wa getting lost a bit
- Because theyare growing up so fast I think they are not clear with the princing. The ''products'' lauch was very confusing because there is alredy level of licences type and now we can add layers of products. Its not quite simple to get what will be kept and what will be in the product verson. The cost used to be 8 EUR additional per product (they have 3) but now they want us to pay full price (44 EUR) for it which is none sense. The whole goal of Monday is to save and have feewer tools.

Best planning schedule ever
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to list each and every task I need to complete along with the due date, importance, notes, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be possible and I just didn't find it but it would be nice to use the sort function for multiple levels like by due date by order of importance.

I can see all my tasks in one place and sort them according to what I need to know.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to record tasks/milestones in a variety of ways for a variety of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connected/mirrored boards can get broken
