Excellent collaboration and project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a great platform for teams to collaborate on shared projects. Its basic function is an automated to-do list that keeps track of project tasks that are on time, overdue, or stuck. It's very easy to get started with, and from there the possibilities are nearly endless! You can collaborate with people outside of your organization, set up a variety of different workspaces for different teams and projects, and customize your workflow.
The automations are very cool and they have continued to update and improve add-ins like forms. Overall, a very powerful and useful tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using the more advanced features takes some time/ has a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of just losing track of projects/ items. It's been a great year-over- year tool: we have a lot of projects and events that occur only once annually, and instead of scrambling to find our notesand ideas from the previous year, it's all kept neatly on the Monday board.
It has also allowed us to automate several internal processes and inherently keeps a record of those events, making it easy to report as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Not your typical business to rave about Monday.com – but we do!
We’re tree surgeons, not tech experts, but Monday.com has genuinely transformed how we run our business. It’s made getting information from site to office so much simpler and keeps everything organised in one place — from photos and work sheets to quotes for each individual client.
Communicating with the team about specific jobs or clients is now fast and efficient. We love how easy it is to send updates and keep everyone aligned.
The ability to keep certain columns private on public boards is really useful, and the "total" columns make tracking progress and percentages straightforward. Adding new columns is incredibly intuitive.
We’re still discovering new features — recently, we started using apps, and now email addresses are automatically added to our newsletter mailing list. That kind of automation is a real time-saver.

The word document facility - we would like a form that can easily be amended / written on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having information accesible to all team members - the team member doing quotations adds the photos / work detail to the client - when a different team member is on site doing the work - photos and work sheets available to them. Team member carrying out the work can furthe rupdate on completion for the office to invoice the client.

Best Project Manager System Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows our team to effectively manage all of our projects. We are able to easily enter requests using forms to make sure we have all key info. We can easily assign projects and see what the current status is. We switched over from our interal project request system to Monday.com and it was the best decision we ever made! We can now easily track project use, search current and completed projects, and be easily notified of key updates. I use Monday.com every day for multiple projects across our team. We even use some Monday boards with outside partners by allowing them to be guests on the board. This way we can track whether project work is currently assigned to us or if we need our partner to step in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly the system has glitches--sometimes the slider bar that allows you to slide from left to right disappears and is only visible if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. However, it is easy to share feedback with our team and to funnel those requests to the customer support at Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system allows us to manage all of our project requests and deadlines. We know who is assigned to what project, when it is due and can make sure we are meeting all of our deadlines. We are more efficient and can easily search our current and completed projects!
There are almost no limits. Go and create your flow.

I can easily bend it to my will and use it for different use cases, from organizing sales to running a law office to setting up internal processes in new start-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to buy additional apps for easy things like pdf creation.

It brings clarity and order into our internal communication and how we run processes and companies.
Better than the rest
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is fully customizable and can fit any industries need we are restoration contractor and there are a dozen CRM's that are specifically designed for our industry, but after trying out the all, none of them actually met all our needs And it was very difficult having to rely on someone internally at the CRM to make adjustments that we needed
With Monday and their long line of integrations, we are able to easily and independently customize for our needs.
Thing that you need a super expensive and specialized CRM. Monday can handle it all for you.

Wish there was better alerts that didn't need to be programmed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using monday for task management, which works wonderfully for, but our expanding it's used to all aspects of our business

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent automation and notification system allowing for ease through my work since I used Monday.com daily. I love how Monday.com has constantly updated with the times. The features available today were completely not nonexistent three years ago and with each new feature, our company's work and project management become more manageable and synced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more internal customer support for external applications making it easier to work with those apps/integrations. In general, if it is a base line question or a Monday.com app customer service is 10/10 but the second it becomes a high-level question for an external application, you get tossed around with that product developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from tasks checklists in documents to task lists in Monday,com, to task and project flow, to using dashboards and automation to speed and move projects along in an administrative aspects such that more effort could go into the meat not the management.
Could not live without monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The overall view you can keep in an aesthetically pleasing way. We use it on a daily basis and could not live without. We barely ever had a fallout wich didn't take long to be solved. We love the adaptiblity and automations that create an a workflow with less manual labour.
What do you dislike about the product?
none at this time. They continue to continually innovate and when questions arise serve you with clear answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a clear overview has avoided many errors for us because everyone is always aware of all the details of a client file. The interaction is much faster and because of the colored labels it is also quickly visible what the satus of a certain step in the process is.
Monday is straightforward and user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday to keep track of my deliverables and keep conversation threads going with colleagues/collaborators on projects. I use it daily, as my team, to keep us accountable for the work we are supposed to do. The amount of resources available to help with using Monday are plentiful, and I like that they are always implementing new technologies and applications on the platform to keep work orderly. I appreciate how integrated things like their CRM are to the platform, making it easier for end users to not have to have added expenses deploying another software or technology that does the same thing minus the project management features. Implementing Monday has been straightforward on our team, and our Project Coordinator raves about the ease of use and excellent customer service the application provides. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I have a few dislikes about Monday. I wish certifications were cheaper or free, because I would love to do more than what I learned on the Monday Academy videos, and this would open the door to allow anyone to learn not only to use Monday, but be able to manage personal and team projects on there. I find that wanting to delve deeper in project management and be credentialized to be cost-prohivitive for me. What if I am simply a user but would love to learn how to use this platform as a consultant, analyst or administrator? I have to pay a good amount of money to do so, and my workplace will not pay for me to learn more because they only see me as a user and I want to upskill on my own. I also wish there were more features for users to manage their own workspace page, rather than have it visible to the rest of their team. I find the ability of knowing if a deliverable is seen or not is extra intrusion of privacy, at least as a user. Finally, I wish Monday had a desktop version!

Monday is ensuring we are kept accountable for all deliverables we undertake, especially service tickets and time-sensitive projects.

What do you like best about the product?
As an entrepeneur that has been in business for 20 years, I rely heavily on tools that keep my business organized and efficient. monday.com has been a game-changer for me, and I’ve been using it for years to streamline my operations. It's intuitive and easy and helps my team create processes and stay organized. I have tried different tools in the past, but monday.com has been the best for my business. It was easy to set up and I use it every single day to keep us on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any limititations or downsides to using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are able to cooridnate efficiently and have created processes that have greatly improved our business.
Great for Organization and Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to stay organized, work with teams, and high teck features like the automations have reduced a lot of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although extreemly well priced, it is still a challenge. I wish we could have an unlimited number of members, but we are greatful for the option to have viewers .
