Easy to use and helps in my day-to-day
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform is not only intuitive but collaborative.

some of the features when organizing the boards can be tough to navigate- but one you're used to it, it's fine.

Helps Keep Us All on Track!
What do you like best about the product?
Working on a remote marketing team with a number of people on different work schedules, Monday has been an essential part of staying organized and getting things done. We use it daily to stay on top of our marketing calendar and ensure that we are all working toward a common goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides to using Monday! It keeps our team running smoothly.

It helps our team work together, even though we are remote and work on different schedules.

monday gives us a tool that we can use to support our clients for Marketing & Budget Mgmt, and any additional PM needs. It provides a single source of "truth" for record keeping as well as "conversations".

Monday.com solves several key problems for our agency, including task management, team collaboration, and project tracking. Great User Friendly Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has tons of options that make it suitable for managing multiple processes in a way that is functional. There are options like contingencies that help to facilitate collaboration across groups. There are tons of videos on Youtube to help you learn how to use Monday as well as inernal video from the program itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I have a lot of active boards I struggle to get back to the correct one but it is more an error on my part because of naming.

Monday is helping us to stay organized and manage projects across diiverse teams.

Workflow, Data management, Data transfer into meaningful Information to categorize and handle jobs.
Great Online Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful part for my organization is that it makes projects run more smoothly and easier to see what is completed/being worked on. The company I work for has in office, hybrid, and remote employees so communication is super important and this makes it easier to check where things are in the process.

There isn't anything I can think of currently

It visually shows tasks that are being worked on/completed and helps us as a team see it versus pinging someone individually and having to communicate with the team separately. It streamlines it

you can incorporate formulas into the boards for more efficiency

It is difficult to set up without knowlege of how website/ formulas work

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday.com is that it's very simple to implement and anyone can use it, not just project managers. There is also a lot of great functionality that they're always working on and the support they have is really helpful. The cost is also very reasonable for what you get out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a rare occasion, there are some delays in loading pages or copying boards but it's not very often. I seem to recall them working on improving the backend of Monday.com soon so I'm guessing these issues will get resolved.
We also want to implement the resource allocation tool but there is some work to be done in that area. While it's certainly helpful, there are some functionality things that are lacking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of course developments that occur each quarter that act as mini-projects. Each person who develops these courses are the PMs of their work so by using Monday.com we can see everyone's work on a single board. We're also able to create new views with a single board to support different teams across our organization. It's also easy enough that anyone can implement their own boards in a way that works for them.
