monday.com makes my work flow easy and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of monday.com for me is the ability to send emails directly and use pre-saved templates. What used to take me hours to do with sending quotes, follow-ups, etc. now only takes me a few minutes! It's super easy to use, easy to integrate into your current systems, easy to train your team on how to use it, and a great addition to your daily business practices! I use it all the time and am so glad it exists!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that I've recently had issues accessing monday.com in safari on my laptop but I can use Google Chrome with no issues. Other than that, everything I need it for it does!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving the problem of losing customers and clients because of the time it takes to get back to them, and also solves the problem of customers and clients getting lost in the chaos of emails and requests, etc. This benefits me because it allows me to respond to every customer as they come in, send them an email in a timely fashion because it's already created for me, send follow ups easily and efficiently, and by default, I reach more customers and close more deals!
Great organisational tool
What do you like best about the product?
The abaility to manage multiple large connected projects through the merge board function
What do you dislike about the product?
That using the automation email function when a status changes that only a plain text email can be sent and no attachment or link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is our main CRM tool where we are able to manage all of client relations as well as using the boards for task, database and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pleasing to the eye and easy to use. More importantly, it was quick to learn, which when you're implementing new software is important. Everyone within the team got on board quickly which meant we soon saw the positive effects. We also benefited from some great support from Monday when we first started which helped us to get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could just input the time you've spent on a job, rather than having to do the start and end date/time. I'd love to be able to just pop '1.5hrs' in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping a hybrid working team be more connected. Keeping track of projects, and the finances and also helping us to collaborate both internally and externally with our clients. It's also personally helped me plan my day/tasks for efficiently,

Great Project and Team Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use, with no previous training I was able to set up a board for my team with automation and rules. The look and feel is nice and makes it easy to work in the platform everyday. It is perfect for teams that are not necessarily used to work on heavy and complex PM tools and don't want to spend to much time on adding information in. Leading a Marketing team this tool is perfect for monitoring, collaboration and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, except that it can be a bit frustrating when looking for an integration or plugin to realize it's not a free add-on but as we have +90% of what we need in Monday directly it's not a big blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to get a view of all our ongoing and past marketing activities and campaign that everyone is working on. From there it's really easy to monitor progress and yearly KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com is extremely easy in working through various tasks and responsbilities. We utlize it for various functions on a daily basis. It has been very easy to integrate within our every day work flows especially during the recruitment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that i dislike with monday -the features are updated on a regular basis and i can appreciate that!

A Project Managers Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made my day-to-day tasks and management seamless. The use of automation and systems easy-to-use processes has been a dream come true. So much so that I am using the platform on a daily basis. Not only is our team able to better manage their tasks, but by utilizing Monday.com, we can work ahead and anticipate future projects and requests. I recommend using this platform to colleagues constantly. Our entire foundation has now adopted Monday.com as its standard project management system, and we are all the better for it! When we have a question about the system, the Monday.com staff has been extremely responsive, easy to work with, and eager to help us troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the benefits of using Monday.com, our dislikes are few and far between. I can confidently say that the system has only been a benefit. I would like to see more training sessions being offered, but thats not to say this request hasnt been fulfilled when expressed to a product manager at monday.com. They are a joy to work with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with cross-collaboration throughout our organization. With the vast amount of people who inevitably end up supporting my projects, Monday takes the stress out of accountability by utilizing its automated systems to send reminders and assign tasks.

What I like most about Monday.com is its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. It makes it incredibly easy to organise tasks, collaborate with team members, and track project progress.

It can become overwhelming to navigate when there are numerous boards created. While the flexibility to create multiple boards is beneficial for organising different projects or departments, it can lead to confusion when searching for specific items or information

Monday.com helps me to stay on top of my tasks and staying connected with other teams. It's my go-to for getting a clear picture of my workload and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
