Monday - For every working day of the week!

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and simple to keep a track of current projects and to keep everyone up to date in the team.

Everyone in the team can update their own tasks and share with others so it helps us massively.

You can login from any broswer on different devices to access the platform.

We've never had to use customer support so I wouldn't know how well they are on that front.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the search functionality can get a bit confusing if it's at a more granular level. Could probably do with a bit more explanation in terms of which part it is relating to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep in control of our projects in terms of timescales and priorities in an agile approach in the nature of our work.

It is versatile, intuitive, and easy to use.

It does send a lot of emails, so I usually create a rule for that.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com for our small business, and it has been a game-changer. The platform helped us get organized quickly and efficiently. Its user-friendly interface made onboarding/implementation smooth, even for team members who aren't tech-savvy. What sets Monday.com apart is the constant addition of new, useful features that keep improving our workflow. It’s clear that they listen to their users' needs. Highly recommend for any small business looking to boost productivity and organization!

Not all feature requests can be fulfilled, but they are working on it.

Repeat tasks with reminders
Fleet Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. Customizable features make for an immersive experience.

No downsides really. I often get frustrated with work but never with Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
I can build it the way i need and make it work for me like a clock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight technical difficulties from time to me, between automatic rules and changes within the board, for example, but nothing unfixable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
once i implement dates/timeline/notes/lists it will keep popping, so i can totally lean on the system forgetting nothing

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
We can organize production and work orders for multiple facets of our business at once. Production, installation, repairs. It's all easily scheduled and very user friendly. I definitely recommend Monday for any business, especially with different departments working in tandem!
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features are there. It's just a matter of getting everyone to use it properly and to leave detailed notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling installation/repair jobs. Seeing where projects are in the production process for customer transparency and team reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes project management so much easier! I love the automation we can use both for internal notifications and client facing touch points/emails. Their customer support is always helpful when I need them. We use it all day every day! It took a bit of time to get it implemented and everyone on board, but now I would lose my mind if we lost Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. I'm a big fan. ☺️
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with accountability and seeing where the whole team is at across all our projects. Everything from client contact to internal tasks to contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really easy to use and allows me to reply to clients 24 hrs a day. The diverse organisational side of things allows me to keep on track of my workload and ensure campaigns are set live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can often lag a little when large files are on some of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing clients and information to be transpired clearly and effectively through automation and intergration makes it easy to manage and overview different campaigns at once.
