What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can organize so many tasks by so many options. It works great as a remote company in keeping up with tasks by team as many people can look at a task at the same time and we have never had any slowing down or crashing of the monday. Our teams use it everyday for different assignments. We can complete tasks easily. It easily integrates into our onlinesupport.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing that I can think of at the moment

What do you like best about the product?
- quick and easy to use
- minimal training needed - user friendly
- great data tracking
- use the software daily
- allows me to easily track many projects across a region
- have had 0 experiences with the website crashing or glitching
What do you dislike about the product?
havent come across a dislike @ this time based on my personal use of the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company used another similar system that was too complex / didnt have great reporting structures / not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
There are many useful features to manage many aspect of work from sharing designs to assigning work to yourself or colleagues to collaborate with you to collecting survey responses on a pre-populated sheet with everyones info already in there.

The automations ensure you can always be reminded of any upcoming tasks you have an it can move them to completed folders once the job is finished.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are none. As of yet I cannot find a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to communicate with everyone in your business individually, with Monday we are able to share updates and ideas through collaborative boards.

Project Management experience and full visibility to the ongoing work and many projects throughout our agency.

Some of the limited customizations and integrations with time tracking/invoicing capabilities for billable hours.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and visualize
Even as someone coming from outside of a project management role
I use it to submit feedback, requests, forms, etc and it connects all of our teams
What do you dislike about the product?
i MEAN....I don't know how to use it on my own, but that is my own fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what initiatives are being worked on or completed

A queue for my requests being able to track them
Way easier than zendesk to see my requests

All over great way to see what teams are working on in the org

Monday.com is user-friendly and intuitive for everyone to use, even if you have never used a project management tool before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the integrations can be a little stronger and easier to use.

This keeps our teams very organized and disciplined and allows our stakeholders to understand status and health of any projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using monday.com for a year now, and it’s really helped me get more done. It’s super easy to use, and I love how I can set things up to fit the way I work. Honestly, it’s become one of the tools I rely on the most—it’s changed the way we handle projects and made everything run more smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams or businesses, especially if you need the more advanced features—it adds up quickly.

The filters and search could be better. The filter options are sometimes too limited for more complex projects, and the search bar doesn’t always help you find what you’re looking for fast, which can slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps fix common problems like messy project management, weak team collaboration, and hard-to-track tasks. It brings everything—tasks, deadlines, and team chats—into one easy-to-use place.

For me, this means smoother workflows, a clear view of what’s going on, and better teamwork. As a result, I get more done and hit project deadlines more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed our team to better organize our tasks, giving structure to the common goals and various responsivilities across our team. This is a tool we use each day to manage our daily tasks and keep an eye out for the larger tasks ahead. Overall, the program was easy to implement, and maintaining the project management tool is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is limiting the subitem functionality. When adding items to a group in Monday, you can only create an item and a single subitem. It would be helpful to have additional subitems under each level if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves for a lack of organization and benefits both the user and the administrators. Users can keep their tasks more organized, while administrators can track what tasks have been completed and what should be completed next.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that most everything can be customized for the best way to organize our data and workflow! Customer Service chat has also always been very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to figure out the best way to implement what I need to do and I feel there are probably features that I am not utilizing bc I don't know how to apply them.

What do you like best about the product?
What has been immensly helpful is the different boards, groups, items and subitems as well as the notificiations and automations. I am able to see the big picture at a glance as well as go into detail on specific items that I feel need further review. I am able to oversee the different team members in various departments and feel that I have a good sense of what is going on and am able to alert them to anything that needs to be addressed. I use the platform daily and see how so many things that had gotten lost when using spreadsheets are able to be tracked now.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I wish could improve is the customer service option to talk to a human to explain my problem. I feel it would be easier for me to explain it verbally rather than trying to type it out to explain what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me stay on top of deadlines, of moving things along rather than languishing. It also maximises efficiency due to the automations set up.
