Really easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation Is super easy and convenient to use the forms so easy to use you can create a forms in any of the group they'll fill it out and then he can easily access it through monday and Excel. That's really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really Everything is good. It's really convenient to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Are usually for entering data specially the forms that we just pin in the group and it creates some Excel

The feature is complete, it's good but need more time to learn

Design request that was coming to me via email, through Monday.com it can be solved by its request form feature

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with many similar system, but monday is the "spotify" of such tools - the one you always return to even (or especially) after trying other tools. very convenient, great notification system, feels very natural to use it without any manual needed. Impossible to miss anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! Not even using all the functions, so can't complain at all

Reminder functions, Slack integration, effortless and stripped down process flow for a variety of problems
Perfect organization in the company
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is what sets Monday.com apart. We can map almost any situation in our company in Monday.com, which other software solutions don't offer. This makes our internal organization much easier. Adding temporary guest users is also a great thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually only small, not so relevant points like e.g. the "my work" area could have more setting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can react very quickly to new situations by customizing our boards. This allows us to maintain maximum flexibility

Easy to use and share in collaboration with other agencies. Very useful for tracking changes and updates in realtime.

Nothing, it is superb, I have been unable to find fault with this incredibly useful software.

Solves problems that frequently arise when collaborating with external agencies, easy to assign tasks and allocate resources to the tasks.
Functional and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility with which the boards can be arranged and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
A functionality for consolidating boards would be beneficial for multilayer project managing.

Keeping track pf projects and sharing with the rest of the company and clients
I would be lost without Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is what keeps me organized. I have it open at all times to check what I have coming up, what items I'm waiting on from other teams... even where I'm at with my budget. It's super easy to use and facilitates collaboration amongst teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have nothing negative to say! Sometimes it's easy to get carried away with adding columns and information, but thats really up to the discretion of each team using it.

Monday.com is solving the issue of silos within a company -- its breaking down the walls and keeping everyone on the same page to work more efficiently.

What I love most about Monday.com is the ability to organize projects and tasks. It helps to keep the entire team aligned on priorities.

I wish it had the ability to create a more robust marketing plan.

Monday.com helps me to stay organized and one top of all project work accoss multiple entities.
Efficient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are multiple templates to user - they are very helpful and provide inspration if your not sure how you want to organize your information, or what would work best for your project type. I use it everyday to help me stay on track and on top of my projects and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more editing options for colums and templates in general. Like being able to have text wrap to form a paragraph when writing long notes or updates. I dont like how you have to hover over top the text for the bubble to pop up to show you all the copy in the cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to have all my tasks in one place where my colleagues can collorbate as well.
