Automation-Rich, User-Endorsed Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management provides clear ownership of projects and tasks stages, along with robust automation that mirrors how our business actually operates. The dashboards have been especially powerful for leadership, letting us track progress, risk, spend, and readiness all in one place, effectively cutting down on our reliance on spreadsheets and status emails. It offers so much more functionality in regards to automation than our previous tool. The initial setup was very easy thanks to a great implementation package and extremely knowledgeable consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automatically email multiple contacts with the automation. There is no way to test applications without approving them for the entire enterprise to use. An email notification is sent to all users that an app has been approved with no testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management provides clear ownership of projects and task stages, mirrors business operations, and the dashboards simplify leadership tracking progress, risk, and readiness without spreadsheets.
Intuitive Project Management That Keeps Tasks and Teams Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to define tasks and subtasks for my project management work. The platform is easy to use and feels intuitive once a project is set up. It helps me stay up to date on project tasks, especially when they’re aligned with other cross-functional teams. I’ve been using Monday.com work management tools for nearly four years, and I would highly recommend it for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering process could be improved, especially in more complex task and subtask situations. That said, I’m happy with the platform overall.

It’s a work management platform that, as a project manager, helps me align outcomes with the completion of project- and program-level tasks, while maintaining transparency across all teams.

Great tool for organizing info, tasks and client requirements
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool. It allows to organize our tasks lists very easily, and even we have our client database as a board, with several saved views to organize different aspects of the client management we use. We had that previously in excel, but now, the team can interact and work in one app only, which is great.
We also use the workdoc feature to build a wiki-style documents about procedures in our organization so everyone now knows how to do things, even if they haven't done it before.
Last, but not least, the forms feature is great, provides a single entry point to clients to interact with us in a organized way. No more multiple email accounts, or files sent via whatsapp or so..
The automations are also great, it allow us to get requirements via forms, and create items in specialized boards to different teams to work on them its simply great.
It really has helped us, and makes us more efficient, it is really intuitive to use in the most used features, and there is a great documentation about how to do things in the web and wiki.

What do you dislike about the product?
We must say it. There is downsides too.
Some useful things are categorized in a upper paid tier. We have paid the "basic" or first tier,... and we know we can't use extensively automations, for example. Besides, things like using smtp protocol to notify teams (or clients not using monday) are in marketplace... for a price.
I understand the marketplace, and it is a great thing to boarden the app and improves customization, but there are things, like the stated before that seems "too basic" and are missing from the basic plan.

It helps puting all the relevant info in a single place, well organized and easily accessible to all. It is highly customizable to every need, and help us to track a lot of things that, growing over time, had become difficult to attend to.

The platform helps me visualize the progress of projects and distribute and organize activities, which improves productivity and communication. I use it to manage projects and daily tasks; I can organize demands and set priorities. I like that it allows tracking tasks and deadlines in a clear and defined way, making everything more organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be more intuitive at the beginning, because the platform has many functionalities and may require an adaptation period for new users. Features like automations and initial board setup are not so intuitive for new users.

I use Monday Work Management to visualize project progress, organize tasks and demands, set priorities, and track deadlines clearly, which improves team productivity and communication.
Visual, Customizable, But Needs Better Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, track projects, and collaborate with my team efficiently. It helps me stay organized, track progress, and avoid missed deadlines. I like how visual, easy to use, and customizable it is. The visual simplicity and customization keep tasks clear, organized, and easy to manage. The initial setup was quick and straightforward with helpful templates and guide. We switched from Trello to monday Work Management for more advanced features like timeline automation and advanced reporting, which Trello lacked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels slow with large projects and a few features could be more intuitive. Simple navigation, fewer clicks for common tasks, and faster loading for big boards would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, track projects, and collaborate efficiently. It helps me stay organized, track progress, and avoid missed deadlines.
Enhances Collaboration but Needs Smoother Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday Work Management for its clear visual dashboards which make complex data more understandable with timelines, charts, and workload views. It keeps everyone aligned by instantly showing progress, bottlenecks, and priorities, making it easier to act quickly whenever something needs attention. I also appreciate the easy task tracking and automation of repetitive work which helps in saving time and focusing on higher impact work instead of admin tasks. Additionally, the real-time team collaboration feature is a big plus, as it simplifies the workflow and keeps updates centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say a few areas could definitely be improved, like, the learning curve. With so many features, it can feel overwhelming, especially for first or new time users. Better guided onboarding or simpler default templates would help. I would also say mobile experience. The mobile app works but it's not as smooth or flexible as the desktop version for complex updates. Maybe I would also add reporting depth because dashboards are visually strong, but deeper, more customizable reporting and analytics would be useful for data heavy teams. Overall, it's very capable, but refining on usability, flexibility, and pricing would make it even stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to solve disorganization, poor visibility, and missed deadlines, helping with clear responsibilities and improving team communication.
Flexible, Visual Boards That Streamline Collaboration—But Setup and Pricing Take Work
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really enjoyed how flexible the boards are, and how quickly you can customize columns, views, and automations to fit your workflow instead of forcing your team to adapt to rigid software. The visual layout, color-coding, and dashboards make it easy to see who’s working on what and where things might be falling behind, which is especially helpful when you’re juggling multiple projects or clients. Collaboration also feels smooth: comments, file attachments, and notifications are all in one place, so updates don’t get buried in long email chains. Overall, Monday Work Management has become a reliable, user-friendly tool that genuinely saves time and helps our team stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the flexibility and visual dashboards are game-changers for event planning, I did find the initial setup a bit overwhelming with so many customization options—it took some time to tailor it perfectly to our workflows. Also, the pricing can add up quickly for larger teams or advanced features like extra automations, which felt steep compared to simpler alternatives. That said, once configured, it streamlines collaboration beautifully and keeps everything on track without the usual email chaos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event Planning/Project Management and overall workflows.
Intuitive UI, Easy Automation, Limited Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for its intuitive UI and ease of use. It has the ability to create formula columns like Excel, which makes it easy to track data. It's also easy to change status from start to in progress to complete. The formulas help in assigning months based on submission dates and timelines. I also appreciate how it helps in automating tasks and triggering information based on the automation set. The initial setup was simple and easy to understand via the courses available on Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphs are limited, data visualization can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for resource planning, project planning, capacity, project status tracking, and the intuitive UI and formula columns make it easy to track data and automate tasks.
